I’ve been going to JB Cavour since I used a Hair Cut groupon with them about a year ago. I am always treated well and feel very relaxed when I leave. EJ is my hairstylist and she is fantastic. I highly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone!

I went there for the first time before a first date that was really important. so. was nervous my hair would get too chopped or messed. But took a chance… I went to see Cameron and she was just amazing! Perfect haircut, she did exactly what I explained I wanted and I felt so great walking out of there and she was very nice and professional! Will definately be back for sure! Thanks Cameron!

****DO NOT waste your time and money on this terribly run business!!!
This place is the worst!!! I purchased 2 services– massage and facial, and they would confirm my appointments but then when I showed up they would tell me there were scheduling errors and they could not offer my a refund so I had to keep rescheduling. They only had appointments available in the daytime, so I would take vacation time to show up only to be told they needed to reschedule. It took me 5 attempts, and finally I had to settle for a lesser service available than what I actually paid for to just be done with them. The front staff are rude. The actual staff who perform the services are nice, but getting to them is nearly impossible, and SO not worth the awfulness

bought the «one day spa» deal on groupon. the facial from May was great, but the massage was not worth taking my clothes off for. she was really light on the pressure even after I told her the deeper the better. she also seem to be in a hurry. was supposed to be an hour massage with an extra 20 minutes of foot reflexology and it didn’t even last the one hour.

The daughter and I purchased a 69 Groupon for massage, facial, wine, chocolate and 15 minute reflexology. The staff where very friendly and nice. Seemed like a nice enough Aveda salon.
The facial was not as intense as one would hope for an hour — no steam no extraction not much in the way of hot towel.
The massage was gentle and light — i still left there with a tight neck and headache not like a limp noodle like I typically do from a great massage.
The wine was delivered – white and sweet — was not offered a choice and my «chocolate» was a piece of peppermint bark
I did not feel like it was worth the 69 and would have been really angry if I paid full price for this.
