#4348 Josh was very friendly and professional and I am very happy with his service to my drain problem.

So, wow. They say that they have ²⁴⁄₇ service. However, when I called them, they were not able to get out until the next day. I explained that we had one bathroom and that I would keep that appointment but had to call around to try to get someone out tonight.
Amazing that when I called back to cancel they had someone that was available to come out. Needless to say, I did not use them. This place has poor advertisement of ²⁴⁄₇ service that really means 8:00am-5:00pm.

Timely and thorough service. Brian was clear in his explanations and left the work area clean and tidy.

Great service and reliable timing with these guys. They say they will be there and they show up on time ready to get the job done. The place I live in has had a history of draining problems and Jason handled the problems with ease.
They provided great customer service, prices, and a detailed analysis of what went wrong and how to prevent the issues from coming back.
I would highly recommend these guys over the other guys because we tried the other guys, only to get a runaround! Give Jason and the gang a call if you have problems. They have promotional specials and pricing and offer a guarantee on the work too.

Feeling dirty. I’ve used them in the past. Was happy and remembered their advice of preventive maintenance. Makes sense as it is something you do with cars, etc. Starting to get that occasional funky smell in the basement so I make the call.
I also come prepared with my my $ 50 off coupon and a 30% off coupon for a «2^nd line» service as a buck in my household goes a little further now then it has in the past.
So I get my bill (you never see a price list) and am told that I’m being given 50% off of the cost for the 2^nd line so he isn’t using any of my coupons as he is «saving me money» in the long run. Hmmmmm.
So I pay and he leaves and I sit there for a bit, getting kinda pissed so I call. I speak to a manager and he explains to me the same pricing the guy gave me but in the long run, I’m still feeling like I got bad deal because in the end, you don’t really know the problem or if the pricing just happens to be for you and if you are getting charged for services you don’t need.
So I ask, is it wrong that I want to see a menu of pricing for services?
The guy says things have been slow but as someone who is working a pt job looking for FT work, I consider that slow on my end too (at least the $ coming into my wallet).
So in the end, I still want to recommend Roto Rooter (who else is there?) but come on, show me some pricing. Hell, ya got yourselves a fancy website, FB page, blog, Google +, YouTube and a Twitter account. How about a simple page that tells me up front what you charge? You can put your legalese spin on that in case you need to charge more if the job is a mess.

After trying others with less than terrific results, I realize that I should have called these guys to begin with. Serviceman Chachi was out about an hour after I called. Got right on the problem and had everything working well and back together in about an hour. Longtime slow drain problem fixed.
Great service, customer friendly and reasonable. Definitely recommended to anyone with drain problems.

I wish I would have called these guys to begin with. Poor researching on my part. They offer a free consultation/​diagnosis and were about $ 50.00 cheaper then the other place I called with the $ 25.00 fee just to come out.
Our plumber Steve came out once, diagnosed the issue and came back two days later to work with our schedule to alleviate the monster slow drain problem-​o we’ve had forever.
Major bathtub drain problem and bathroom sink that he worked wonders on. We can’t wait to shower again now that the standing water problem is down the drain literally!

−24÷7 Service, but after 10:30pm it might be more, but at least they are available.
Steve was fun and took care of the problem quickly and explained what he was doing.
