I am hesitant to post this review because I had an appointment for a service that was never received. But, THAT’S my point. I HAD an appointment. I took the day off. My mother-in-law drove an hour to tend to my infant son because we were advised on the phone that the cleaning would sound like thunder in the ducts. We waited. The technician showed up 25 minutes late. No apology. I have no idea what his name was because he did not introduce himself. And then he advised me that his hoses weren’t going to be long enough to reach my furnace. Now, in all fairness, I do not have a driveway. HELLOGOOGLEMAPS! Aren’t you supposed to scout this stuff out ahead of time? The carpet cleaners never had a problem. The cable company never had a problem. My plumber never had a problem. Contractors working on my house have never had a problem. I even offered that they could pull around to the alley behind my house and drive into the yard if they needed to. Even my movers used Google Maps to scout out the area before driving an 18-wheeler down my street. I guess the part that I’m most upset about is that they wasted my time when they SHOULD have asked questions over the phone and since they didn’t ask, then they SHOULD have come prepared with long enough hoses. Oh yeah, the technician said he’d have to set up another appointment to come back. After all that, I even said, «okay, lets schedule it» and he said he couldn’t, that the scheduling department would have to call me. 20+ days later, they still haven’t called. I had my ducts cleaned by another company.
