Place is awsome. The kids have a blast everytime and the staff is very polite and helpful.

Brought my 2 toddler nieces. They had fun! Toddler time is from 10am-​12pm. 8 $ per toddler, 1 free adult admission per child. About $ 2 for the mandatory special grip socks. You can keep them or return for money back. Safety Waiver slip that you have to file out on CPU there, but faster if you file on CPU at home prior to going. The gym is located a few minutes from Chamberlin elementary. They play music for toddler session also, from Bob Marley to Classic rock. It’s a clean facility but still good idea to bring hand wipes for toddlers. Helpful staff also.

Bring the kids and jump too! Great workout and tons of fun. You have to use their socks so make sure you bring extra $ 3/​pp and reuse your socks each time you go back.

Great place for the kids when the weather isn’t the best. My sons love it. My oldest goes off and jumps on his own and my youngest stays on the side for the toddlers. They have a great time and get exhausted which is good for me. Prices are a little too much maybe a few dollars cheaper and we would go more often since we live so close. Staff seems like a bunch of high schoolers and a little clueless on things, but they are all very pleasant. Waiver is a bit of an inconvenience but i do it online before we go so it shaves off sometime. Went to a birthday party here once and it was complete chaos. Better organizational skills would have helped, lost gifts and lost coats. It wasn’t the best experience.

Well, amid the reviews about taking kids: I’m an adult and enjoy this place (never once brought a kid here! Ha!)
But really, it’s a fun place to go on a chilly day when you can’t go out and walk. I mean, I can’t imagine many adults even wanting to step near this place but I’m still in my 20’s and I like to let out my inner child!
The workout classes here are on Saturday mornings & Wednesday evenings. The Wednesday evening one was the only one I tried and it was awesome– such a great workout.
Negative: the workers are quite odd (not very sociable but not unfriendly either… kind of just there). And the trampolines often have lots of miscellaneous things on there (hair, dirt, dust, etc.) but that is expected as its full of kids during peak hours. I have to shower immediately afterward… but I try not to think about it as it’s really no different than any other public place (movie theatre germs?!)
I could definitely see why parents would use this as a way for their kids to expel some extra energy… and hey, parents: just jump too… you know you want to.

I took my preschooler here for their morning «little kids only» jumping time. I was impressed– it was very clean and not too crowded. The staff was professional and not too hovery. I will definitely be returning.

We had a birthday party for our 11 year old with a dozen kids. Chris was a wonderful host who, despite being very busy (he’s a manger), kept checking in on us to see what we needed. All the young men who worked there were very sweet with the kids and adults. Very nice experience overall and I highly recommend. Thank you! The kids left having had a blast and wanting to have their parties there.

It’s nice enough to kill a few hours. The staff is pretty clueless but not rude. I’ve come here several times and won’t complain but the waiver portion is torture because the computers are outdated and the keyboard has faded letters so it hard to see.

Most of these places are the same so what can I say that would be different. They have the small kids section separated from the main jump area with several small trampolines and a foam cube pit. When we went they had a few of the big activities blocked off. Not sure if it was for repairs or what. The décor could use a little waking up, like the ripped couch and the on its way out carpeting. The staff could also use some revamping, but I guess when you’re dealing with sweaty jump crazed kids all day you might feel like the walking dead as well. The kids enjoyed it and want to go back so I’m sure we’ll revisit when winter locks us in

This place was a lot of fun and a good workout too. My 7 year old daughter had a blast.

I recently took my little ones to Flight Trampoline Park and had an amazing time. Because my kids are so young (2 ½ year old twins and a 1 year old) we went during the weekday Kid Flight jump time which is limited to those 6 and under. A post about our experience is below. My kids had a blast, the facility was clean and organized, and the staff was attentive and helpful. A great place.

(This review pertains mostly to the preschool Kid Flight mornings, as that is all I’ve been to)
Overview: There is a kid-​size foam block pit and kid-​size trampolines in the kid area, the full LARGE area of full size trampolines wall-​to-​wall; the trampoline dodge ball area and the trampoline basketball area. There is another section that used to have adult size foam block pits but now has what looks like large air bags, but is still closed off/​under construction. Socks are NOT required — if you want them I do think you have to buy theirs, but you can go barefoot. Which we do. Everything is clean and personally I feel like barefoot is safer.
I’ve come here many times now for Kid Flight with my daughter, who is now almost four but has been coming over a year. We make the drive up from North Haven — it’s worth it. Kid Flight is a great deal. $ 8 per kid for a one-​hour session and the parent jumps free. Unlike some places you get to JUMP not just try to coach your kid from the sidelines. They crank the Disney tunes and kids get the run of the place — the «kids only» area and everything else. My daughter and I have a blast and burn off a ton of energy. It can get a bit crowded during school breaks or in the winter when outdoor play options are off the table, but it’s never been unmanageable. The staff seems to do a good job of monitoring everyone in action — they watch like lifeguards at a pool and will blow a whistle on anyone not following the rules (which are posted on signs).
I haven’t yet experienced «all ages» open jump, birthday parties, or any other offerings, but based on my multiple experiences with Kid Flight we are big fans. There is a new jump place in Wallingford, significantly closer to us, but we drive to this one for the much more extensive preschool hours, lower price, and no forced socks. Maybe if they get that one closed section up and running again this could go up to five stars!

Kids loved it but also see some serious safety concerns. Went to younger kids open bounce on holiday and there were some hero parents doing triple back flips with about 75 kids (under 7) all around them. They were also many parts about ½ of the place being worked on and closed off by only caution tape.
Jumpers were packed in like sardines, didn’t see any injuries and staff that was actively watching (three employees) seemed to be attentive.

I would give it zero stars but Unilocal won’t let me.
Poorly run outfit with poor customer service. Bought tickets on line for my daughters birthday and upon arrival after a 45 minute drive was told it was closed for a private party.
No explanation except they told us we should be happy they were refunding our tickets because they don’t normally do that for anyone. Then the sales person told me I should have checked the website calendar to make sure they were open!

I’ve been wanting to come here for awhile now and it was worth the wait. My son really enjoyed himself. This place is massive with four foam pits, basketball rims and dodge ball area. The trampolines are massive and you can get some serious air with practice. My 6 year old son was doing flips and 360s before we left. I wish there was a location closer to Stamford I had to drive over an hour to get here. Only thing I didn’t like is that you are required to jump barefoot or purchase there reusable socks which we did for an additional charge. Great place will def come back here just to put a smile on my sons face.

My H decided on Flight to end his birthday. Not sure what possessed him to want to come here, but alas we did. We’re not very familiar with New Britain so we were reliant on the GPS… We missed a few turns, haha. There’s plenty of parking at least!
We were greeted by young people who had us complete a waiver… then get back behind a long line to buy tickets. It felt like we were the oooooldest participants. Seriously. All we saw were kids in undergrad and high school (after checking the website, it looks like Saturday nights after 9 are «Kids Club Hours») running around like a madhouse.
Overall, it was really very fun. We’ve never been to a trampoline park before. We were able to jump around and enjoy ourselves. Although we couldn’t compete with the youngins, some of them were encouraging, others were pushy. We’d come again (earlier in the evening)!

The place is large. I mean, there were dozens and dozens of trampolines and some activity pens. They were running trampoline dodge ball. Which looked awesome. However, I was there with my two year old and she’s not quite ready for that. :-)
The 6 and under only section was clean and fairly appropriate for that age. The foam pit, didn’t seam as gross as I thought it would and the trampolines provided plenty of space that in the hour of watching my toddler run rampant there wasn’t single collision among the 30 or so other kids jumping around as well. The only downside was that they prohibited parents from jumping in the little kids section. My little one would have benefited in acclimation to the park if I was able to get on the trampolines with her.
The staff were A-​OK and attentive to keeping the big kids out of the U6 area.
I will definitely be going back, they run a Kid’s Flight where the entire Trampoline Park available for kids U6 from 10 – 12 M-​F. Can’t wait to take my little one back.

1.) Just to warm you up:
Great place for basketball players, gymnasts, dodge ball enthusiasts and Astronauts to come blow off some steam before embarking on their next hundreds of light years trip to outer space.
2.) What your eyes may see:
Located in an industrial park, this place is basically a huge warehouse turned futuristic jumping area. You have a dodge ball area, fenced in with mesh material, two basketball hoops for those to feel like they can jump, a large area for patrons 13 and up, and an area for kids 6 years and younger equipped with trampoline and foam pit. It kind of looks like pandemonium. A lot of teens seem to go there. You have to take off your shoes and socks if you plan on jumping on their trampolines, but they do, however, sell socks specific for jumping in their facility ($ 3).
3.) Extra info:
You can go for up to 2 hours, but that’s just for what the time is allotted on their computer. After the 2 hours is up, you can go and renew for up to 2 hours, and you could basically do this all day! But who would do this? One of the workers told me a family went there for 8 hours!!! Whoa! Going there for at least an hour is exhausting enough. An old bird told me that there is a high population of LICE, and that they embed themselves into the threads of the trampoline? lol. i dunno. whatever. Perhaps this review could help them to look over their place, perhaps close off the place for a day and treat the place with lice killing agents. I dunno, people have been going there and not complaining. I guess you could stop any business with saying some silly rumor. It’s up to you to believe it! ;)
For children, go for 30 minutes and it’s $ 8, but go for 1 hour and it’s $ 8.80. So 80 cents more for an extra 30. I’d say do it.
4.) Staff:
Young. I’d say teens and college kids? They seem nice and helpful though.
5.) Impressions:
Good times there for adults, teens and children.

This place is really best for older children. There’s something about watching small children with poor to average motor control bouncing around next to each other that is sure to take years off the life of any parent of a child under 5. That said, there is a separate play area for children under six and all areas of the facility are refereed by men with whistles, because nothing says you mean business like a polo shirt tucked tightly into your jeans and a whistle.
My son had a blast as I white knuckled it on the sidelines. There is also a little mosh pit filled with large sponge cubes that the kids really enjoyed jumping into. Of course there is always one random man-​child that’s oddly big for his age bouncing around. C’est la vie. Murphy’s laws of age-​restricted play spaces dictates that there will always be one child in there with full beard who holds up fingers when asked his age. *sigh*
I won’t even describe the whole check in situation. The lay out is terrible and between that and the «waiver stations» it’s hard not to turn back around. I visited because I had a Groupon and I’m guessing others did too, so the crowd may have been atypical. My Groupon was for two guests to have half an hour each of play. I appreciated that the team member who checked us in modified it so that my son could just have a full hour of play. (Bump up to 3.5 stars on the strength of this courtesy).
Will I go back? I’m not sure. At least not for a few years.

Need a fun place to take kids? Flight Trampoline in New Britain is a blast for older kids. There are tons of bounce gyms but this one is targeted for those out of diapers. The place is covered with connected trampolines and adult size foam pits!
The price isn’t too bad either. For $ 13 you get an hour worth of play and for $ 23 you get 2 hours. Realistically how long can you jump without becoming exhausted?
Tickets can be purchased ahead of time online and if you have a group you can save $ 1 per jumper.
You do have to sign a waiver prior to jumping but the cool thing is if you’re over 14 years old you can have a parent sign the waiver and be dropped off. Now that I think about it I’m not sure how cool that is if something bad happens but online waiver signing makes arranging a trip to this trampoline park accessible even when your parents can’t accompany you.
Overall a fun place for both kids and adults! It’s a great way to get some exercise!
