No pressure at all. we went in several times over the course of months before we were ready to pull the trigger, and he just let us browse to our heart’s content each time.

The site advertises that they will beat or match any online competition. However when I emailed them with the link to competition they told me this particular brand they cannot do anything with price. They seem deceitful and shady. But my friends are telling me they do free delivery and they never had problems. I personally would not even risk it.

Let me be perfectly clear — we ordered a cheap sofa — the Finley Sofa by Coaster. When you buy a sofa that is under $ 500 you set your expectations low, but we were pleasantly surprised. It is as hard as a rock, but we expect it to soften up and our experience with Comfyco was perfectly pleasant. They did what they said they would, when they said they would, and they even accommodated a delivery out if their usual range for an extra fee. The delivery was quick and professional. For an inexpensive, budget furniture company, I was thrilled, This isn’t Mitchell Gold, but for what it is, it is great.

Absolutely awful company, avoid at all costs!
I attempted to purchase a bed from this company, which was delivered and installed in my home. I specifically chose a model of bed that didn’t require a box spring; the item description on their website
specifically said: «This bed is Platform bed type. Platform beds have become a standard in a modern furniture production all over the world, being popular at first in Europe and Asia. However now they’ve become a latest ‘rage’ in US as well. Platform Type Beds provide excellent support for your mattress. Either solid platform or metal-​framed wooden slots platform is used. You will need no box-​spring or metal frame for this type of bed.» However, the actual bed is not a platform bed, and in fact only has 3 thin flimsy pieces of wood in the center frame, as opposed to the slats of a platform bed, unless the employees installed it incorrectly. Therefore, in order to use it, I would have to obtain and install actual slats, plus get a box spring, and I ordered this specific bed to avoid all this. Because the installed bed takes up most of the bedroom, and I couldn’t put the mattress on it in its state, I had to sleep on the couch while resolving the issue. I called the company, and they were unsympathetic, arguing «yes, what is written on the website isn’t true, but for that cost you can’t really expect a real platform bed, plus it’s technically a platform in a certain manner of speaking, plus if you check the terms and conditions it says that we’re not 100% responsible for the content on the website, so legally we’re not obligated to honor any complaints». This is not a valid defense against deceptive and misleading advertising practice. They offered no options or recompense.
All this is aside from the fact the bed frame is not great.
Also, the guy was super rude on the phone. There are much better options out there, avoid these guys!

We bought several pieces 3 bedrooms sets — 3 couches — 2 stools
Prices: OK (see quality)
Customer service: When you call you will speak with a customer service rep. who barely tolerate you.
Delivery: They use their own delivery people –punctual — fast — no the friendly type but they come to work and leave asap. Every time I encountered a Russian crew. I had the delivery in three different states and the routine is always the same. Come on time — assemble the furniture — do not take any packing so you are left with boxes, wrapping paper etc.
Quality: Beds are OK — Dressers OK — Couches NO — cheap leather that falls apart in a few months, the company doesn’t stand behind the products it sells — We had to replace 2 of the couches in less than 1 year.
It’s a cheap outfit and OK if you don’t need furniture for long time —

DONT BUY anything from them! I bought a bed and the middle wooden beam broken in just a couple months and the wooden slats are uneven. The company is dodging responsibility even though is it covered under warranty. The WORST customer service. The manager hung up when I mentioned the warranty. He was trying to make me pay them to replace it even though it is not my fault and the warranty says they replace it at no charge.

We ordered a bed from Comfyco Furniture. It was exactly as described on the website and the pictures. Solid materials, good quality. Delivery and assembly was fast and free. Better experience than some expensive local furniture stores.

I ordered the Athens Storage Bed and it was a great value, as it included shipping and assembly. It said that they will email you 2 days before the proposed delivery date to confirm, which they did, and they will call you 30 minutes before they arrive, which they did.
I actually found the same bed on another website for a little cheaper price, and when I send them email with the weblink of this, Comfyco furniture responded to my email quickly with their special «Back to School Special» coupon which takes 6% off. Of course, this made the bed much cheaper than the other store, and I was super happy about this deal.
My delivery was scheduled on Friday between 2pm — 6pm, and I got a call about 10 min before 1pm, and they asked if they can come around 1:30pm, which was great that they were coming earlier. But, they ended up arriving a bit after 2pm (Friday traffic can get you unexpectedly).
After they arrived, they finished within 40 minutes, which was super fast. I could actually tell that they were really wanting to finish as quick as possible and get out of here (it was Friday afternoon… I could understand totally). The thing was, they were in such hurry, they almost forgot to put couple of pieces on the bed, thank goodness they saw it when they went back into the bedroom to show us how to use the storage part of the bed.
After that, they quickly left, leaving all the cardboard and trash. I was not sure if they were supposed to take them or not. Also, as soon as they arrived and went into the bedroom, they turn on the AC unit without asking (it was a cool day and the window was still open). So we went in to close the window. We didn’t mind, but isn’t it the polite thing to do to ask if it is ok to turn on the AC???
Other than that, the bed is great, looks and functions nicely, and the service (delivery and assembly) was really fast, we are very happy with the bed.

I purchased a sofa, a bed frame, a dining table, and a dresser from Comfyco. I really love the products. Especially, I am very satisfied with free delivery and assembly service without any extra charge. The price is reasonable. The quality is fine. They have many different choices of design and color. I may buy more furniture from Comfyco, if I need more next time.

Found their ad while furniture shopping on another website. Placed my online order and received a call the next day for delivery appt. Their policy is to call 30−60min before delivery. On delivery day, not only did I get a call 30min before delivery, they arrived on time, set up everything and even cleaned/​packed up all the debris inside each box. They went as far as closing the boxes so nothing falls out of them! For the price, free shipping, no taxes, no extra fee for set up, Comfyco is A+++

Terrible company with terrible service. I thought I would be different than the other reviewers here. I was wrong.
Customer service is awful. They don’t care about your order. If they mess it up, oh well.
The website looks pretty good and actually professional. However, the website is loaded with bugs. For example, the price in the cart may not add up correct. If this happens, they will only give you the parts that add up to the total. So if it’s less, and you don’t catch it in time, you will receive a partial order.
This is a known bug. He mentioned he has gone through this many times, and that’s how it is.
If you like their selection and price, go ahead and order it. All I can say is that you are rolling the dice. Good luck.

Very nice sectional, affordable and the delivery was simple and quick. Services rendered were professional and no issues with customer service communication. Would consider another order from company if I seek furniture in the future.

These guys screwed up my delivery. All the goods that I ordered had some sort of damage to it. They replaced some of it, but then claimed it would take 5 months to replace some of the most important pieces. After 4 months I started contacting them about status on my replacement pieces just to get tired non-​helpful responses. After a few correspondences back and fourth they told me that they had stopped manufacturing the items I had ordered and therefor could not deliver. However, they offered me an insultingly low refund for my trouble which is useless when you want complete furniture.
