Elijah’s Promise Soup Kitchen

This school is life-​saving, firstly Chef Pearl is an awesome teacher and will see through your abilities and direct you accordingly. The teachers are awesome and I WOULD recommend this school to others.

this review is for the school that just kicked me out of. first and foremost… if your looking for a good culinary school please do not waste your money on paying them. they are rascist towards anyone other then their own kind which are spanish and mexican. i was kicked out because i refused to use the same pair of nail clippers that they were forcing the other students to use without proper sanitization technique. they wanted me to use a food sanitizer to clean nail clippers which is fully against board of health rules. i contacted the board of health and im pushing for them to be in trouble. their so called instructor chef armando who is an instructor teaching culinary arts who never even worked in a professional kitchen ever before in his life. the school hired him on shortly after he graduated from ther terrible institution of so called learning. the school costs $ 4500.00 and its a waste of each and every penny. mad? yes im mad but im speaking the gods honest truth and anyone looking to waste $ 4500.00 need do is pull any single student to the side and ask them how they like the school and if their learning anything. chef elizabeth and chef pearl are excellent instructors but chef armando who kicked me out dosent know his left hand from his right and hes an instructor. hes a coward that cannot face confrontation what so ever. i wasted $ 4500.00 dollars on a worthless education. there is a saying in life… «you get what you pay for» save your money and go to the schools in new york city that are more then worth the money spent. call me at 407 398 5646 for a good biased free and factual run down on the school as a whole. ill save you $ 4500.00… its the worst culinary school ive ever been to and im ashamed that i wasted so many days there only to be kicked out by a coward of a man. chef elizabeth is an amazing and talented chef. chef armando couldnt re heat a can of cold raviolis… what a waste of my money…

So me and my brother volunteer at this soup kitchen as often as we can because I am all about helping out those that are less fortunate and giving back to the community in any way I can.
Sometimes all it takes to mess up your life is to make one mistake. I am all about giving people a second chance and about forgiving people that have made mistakes.
My new apartment was smaller my old apartment, so I donated a lot of stuff to various charities including kitchen supplies. I donated a set of brand new high quality knives to Elijah’s Promise last year.
This is a great charity. It feeds the homeless of New Brunswick. Please donate in any way you can., donate your time, money or supplies.
