This place has gotten bad over the past year. I used to love their food and they always delivered fast. but now the food is only half as good and they repeatedly cancel orders when I order on grubhub. Real dissapointment. Would not recommend.

Just ordered a simple buffalo chicken wrap with blue cheese on the side. Didn’t get the blue cheese, and the chicken was PINK inside. I thought they specialized in chicken. Fries were terribly soggy. DISGUSTING.

I ordered the fireballs — they looked deep friend potato wedges. and tasted like a hybrid between chicken and potato. NOTGOOD And the Italian Sub was not what I was expecting at all! The meat was SPAM, and there was wayy too much mayo for comfort. My advice would be to avoid this place like the plague.

The service at this establishment is horrific. I only ordered a chicken wrap and cheesecake, and although they are located a 10 minute drive away, the wrap arrived an HOUR later. When I called them right after noticing the missing cheesecake the woman that answered informed me that she would call the deliveryman. After waiting another half hour and still no cheesecake, I called again only to be told that SHEFORGOTTOCALLHIM… After ANOTHER half hour(2 hours total waiting time) I finally received the cheesecake, only to be disappointed by the soda-looking liquid inside the container. On top of it all, the deliveryman had the nerve to DEMAND a tip from me. So no, from this experience I would NOT recommend ordering from this location unless you are looking for disappointing service. There are plenty of other restaurants that delivery in the New Brunswick area that offer impeccable service, and have cheaper prices.

Really meh — dry & greasy at the same time somehow, spicy flavor was vinegar /tobasco based, and fries were soggy prieviously breaded flavorless ickiness.

Of the two meals we have had delivered from here, our first was very good. The Banana milkshake rivals mine for the best in the world. There sandwiches were excellent and we were very happy, then we ordered a second time this occasion we got there fried chicken and wow can I say it has to be by far the best fried chicken Ive ever had, top that off with the great fat sandwich’s and other awesome foods this is a great treasure of a find. The delivery guys are very friendly and when I requested only white meat, they called to tell me it was $ 2.50 extra. I had to ask per piece she confirmed no only $ 2,50 for all 4 pieces, again I was impressed. I will never order fried chicken from another place again beats KFC everyday.

I prefer the fat sandwiches here rather than at the grease trucks for some odd reason. But anyways, I often like to indulge in one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten here: a fat doughboy(fries, chicken fingers, bacon, cheesesteak, and mozzarella cheese) with no lettuce or tomato and extra ketchup. It is heaven at its finest. I always fall into a food coma afterwards but it is so worth it.

I used to frequent this place before it was sold to the new owner. The lady who now owns it definitely revamped the look of this place but the food more or less remains unchanged. I used to live on 33 Commercial Ave before the PJs next door got taken down when the block was still hot. Since moving on I did go to Sam’s Chicken on Route 27 by French St every now n then… their potato logs are better.

So the last place I lived(Honolulu, I’m looking at you!) had a lot going for it. Gorgeous weather(what is this Fall?), pristine beaches, lots of top of the line food from the continent of Asia, etc. But one thing it DIDNOTHAVE was delivery. Seriously, you could have chain-store pizza(Pizza Hut, Papa Johns) delivered, and California Wok. That was it. It*. But here, here, despite the cold and rain and lack of beaches and people who honk their horns, there is… Delivery. Food that comes to your door, without you having to figure out who is going to leave the house to get it. Magical. I just want you to know that Delivery at this point makes everything, EVERYTHING, taste better. Anyway, when I told people I was moving to New Jersey, all the male-identified people immediately told me I needed to eat a Fat Truck Sandwich. You know, everything fried plus mayo and some other sauce on a hoagie roll for less than $ 6. Now, I’m not positive that my 30+ self needs to be waiting outside in the middle of the night with the drunk undergraduates to get a pretty disgusting sounding sandwich. Luckily, there are establishments that deliver said disgusting sounding sandwiches. Picken Chicken is one of them. I must say, putting fried mozzarella sticks on a sandwich with chicken fingers and french fries is a fairly amazing(if greasy and unrefined, but COMEON it is FRIEDCHEESEON A HOAGIEROLL) and strangely tasty concept. If you’re not feeling the Fat **insert random word here** there are other options, including several veggie options. There are even veggie Fat sandwiches, if you want your non-meat and fried all in one go.(We ordered the veggie wrap which was perfectly acceptable in the sense that any veggie wrap from a place that delivers fried food on a hoagie roll could be. It was necessary. Had to cut all that fried with something that resembled a vegetable. Which is how I know I’m old.) I’d say this was a once and done experience, but when people come visit me(like they will visit me) I think I’ll probably trot out this delivery experience. Chicken fingers, fried mozz, onion frings, french fries and BBQ sauce? Yes? *Unless you wanted to pay all kinds of premiums for an outside service ala Room Service in Paradise to deliver it to you, which, no.
