Wandered in while on an impromptu trip to New Buffalo for the Harvest & Wine Festival, and so glad I did! Seems I had the polar opposite experience of the previous poster. Not only was the clothing selection fabulous, but so was the jewelry. Walked out with a gorgeous new dress you wouldn’t find anywhere else, but equally unique bracelet and earrings to match.
Very happy with the friendly service, and finding reasons to make my next trip!

Innacurate and very rude service.
I called about buying a nice gift for my wife, $ 200+ for a piece of jewelry. The person on the phone said they had a few left and said they were in this price range when I asked how much. Great.
That day I went about an hour or so later. When I arrived I asked to see the items I called about. I was the only customer in the store and the woman organizing clothes couldn’t have acted more like I was wasting her time. Even worse, she said they didn’t have any of the items I wanted left, they only had knock offs. I explained I called, but again, the woman was rude and seemed like she couldn’t care less when I asked about whether they would be getting more etc etc. I politely thanked her and left.
I won’t be back. So much for trying to support a local shop. For a store that sells the nice brands it does, you’d figure you would at least feel like they want your business. There are other shops in NB to buy nice gifts… go elsewhere if you want a much better customer experience.
