I LOVE Subway and visit many all over the Houston and surrounding area. This one is among my least favorites. The bread is fresh and the veggies are usually in good condition. The problems I have with it are the staff, they are not very engaging with the customers, don’t smile, get frustrated easily, and don’t put nearly enough veggies on a sandwich. I am so tired of saying a little more —- please. This location is busy most of the times I have been in, but if they uped the staff moral and response they could really make an impact on the community and increase their sales.
