This is the first time I have ever written a review in my life. Therefor, you should understand how terrible this place is. I have terrible internet everyday and they have lied to me 3 different times. Just straight lied. First time I called and they said their was no problem in my area. So I drove to work and saw 2 sudden link fans that said they had been there 30 min. The second time I asked to upgrade to 24mb and asked if I needed a new modem and they said no it would be working by Monday. That was Saturday and now it’s Tuesday. I’ve been on and off the phone with them form4 hours and I was finally promised 12 mb to kick in when we got off the phone because I DID need a new modem so I wait an hour and still no freaking upgrade and still have choppy internet. Now I’ve been on hold 45 min after being transferred 4 times and the 4th person telling me to call the first person I called and he said he has no notes of me asking to be upgraded to 24 the first time or 12 the second time. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen or even heard of. I will never use them again and I warning you not to either.
