New Carlisle, OH
Howard’s… it’s a major landmark for New Carlisle. I go here for my emergency needs. It’s very close by and they’re prices are about what you’d expect for a smaller, hometown grocery. Most things are more expensive than you’d pay at the major chains, but that’s not really the purpose of Howard’s. It’s for the community, and the community has kept it in business for many year’s.

Minocqua, WI
Howard’s IGA, located on the north end of town, is a good fall back for me when I just need to grab milk, eggs or something I need in a hurry. They have a deli and bakery items as well; donuts are very good and still only 50 cents each! Not a place I would do a big shopping trip, but as a quick source of a needed item, it’s all good.
