Run, don’t walk AWAY from this place. I’ve worn glasses and/​or contacts since age eleven and have NEVER come across a more unprofessional, aggressive, incompetent «eye care» provider. You will be squeezed into a corner alcove/​closet for an «exam,» then shown your «budget frame» options by a questionable «assistant» who spent more time bickering back and forth with the doctor (and other patients squeezed into this claustraphobic storefront «office») than actually attempting anything close to customer service! Why is it that almost EVERYWHERE in this area that a) has convenient weekend hrs. and b) serves «the community/​lower income» clients feels they have the right to treat their customers like dirt? I’m sorry for those locals who feel that due to their financial difficulties, this might be their only option– With a little bit of research, I’m SURE there’s someplace equally affordable better than this! I paid the exam fee and FLED this sorry excuse for an office asap! I don’t know if (or how) they might have improved recently, but you’d be better off buying yourself a pair of drugstore readers, finding an online eyeglass deal, or using an old pair of discarded thrift shop glasses (or giving up and deciding to squint your way through middle age!!) than rely on this place! YIPES!!!
