I called Risner’s Tree Service and spoke to a lady named Gena who was super helpful.
My aunt in New Carlisle, a senior citizen, had a tree fall through her roof and didn’t know who to call or what to do so we stepped in to help her find a reputable and professional tree service to get out to her place ASAP.
Gena walked us through the process, was up-​front with the pricing, and was a ‘gem’ to deal with. She had someone at my aunts place the same day and they did a fantastic job of getting the tree cleaned up! We lucked out and although it fell on the roof it didn’t go THROUGH so getting the tree cleaned up was all she needed!
