My husband(fiancé then) and me went in to pick out the colors and to see what we liked and didn’t. That was great. He went back a week or two later and finalized the tux’s and the colors. Later, he got measured. Awesome. This is where it goes downhill. We had 3 guys and 2 kids in our wedding party. 4 of them went and got measures with no problem. The last one went in to get measures. I get phone calls telling me that they don’t know what he is suppose to be wearing or no colors had been picked. What?! We get that taken care of. Then. One of the ladies measured someone totally wrong. We had to reorder the whole tux. It came in 2 days before the wedding and we had to call them to see if it was in. When we called on Thursday the lady told us that we had to come and get it now if we wanted it in time for the wedding. First time round, the groom’s shirt was a little too snug(not a big deal, but we wanted him to be comfortable). That got reordered. I went in to pick it up and the girl acted like she had no idea what to do. I had to wait while she asked if it was ok that I took the shirt because she had no idea if it had been paid for or not(it had been). The whole wedding party had been in fitted, tried on their tux when it came in and took it home. Someone in the wedding party had been in the store everyday that week. Can’t remember us? They seemed disorganized, rude and have no sense of how to do things. It was a cluster by the time everyone got their tux’s.
