Airbase Carpet and Tile Mart

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at airbase carpet Mart. Tell salesman was so obnoxious and was talking about people that were ««retarded and mentally ill» the carpet installer convinced me that I didn’t need new padding underneath the carpet and that voided all warranties and also de special installation price. Told me that the company just wants to take your money by selling you patting that you do not need. There were items that were broken when they moved the furniture but they just disappeared I have to assume they were broken and then they threw them in the garbage. So I can’t say for sure. The flooring installers pulled out my floor and then told me it was going to be 450 dollars extra to finish it didn’t matter that I had a written estimate tasty and its a bare floor and literally contaminated the whole house full of white cement dust I spent over $ 200 getting coats cleaned. The carpet and flooring is less than a year and a half old is already buckling in the bathroom and the hallways the carpet has shadows through it like it is defective is seaming in the carpet area still shows. They do sell second quality merchandise but I was told that the carpet and flooring that I purchased was top notch quality. The managers of the company did not seem to care about the quality of the workmanship or merchandise. Making every excuse in the book for the installers behavior this was just the tip of the iceberg there were many other little things that were problems with the whole experience if you would like to ask me any questions you can email me at

Great service and great product. Carpeting my house was extremely stress free, affordable and actually fun.
Selection was very easy due to the forklifts and it being a warehouse store. I honestly wouldn’t shop anywhere else

This place has been in existence for as long as I can remember. We went there for kitchen tile. Here comes the sales guy. I asked him AT LEAST 3 times to ‘let me look’. He’s like my shadow. We did purchase, the stuff was a good price, and it was in stock (these are both huge PROS, because Home Depot and Lowe’s have terrible selections, and Avalon has beautiful tile, but they’re 21 days out for ‘quick ship’ items). However, I was super annoyed by the high pressure style of the sales persons. Just an FYI, you have to be as aggressive as these guys are in order to get some peace in the store.

After being really disappointed in the carpet I ordered online for my son’s nursery, I was resigned to believing that if I wanted good quality, I would have to shell out some serious dough. My Mom told me that was not the case and we headed to Airbase on Saturday afternoon. I did not want anything too intense — just something simple and neutral. We were greeted by Walt, who was so incredibly helpful and nice. We had an array of choices in the back and I have to say, I was shocked by the prices and the quality. I was so happy that I bought an area rug for our family room as well, two rugs for under $ 200. They are both great! There is really no reason to spend more.

Check your materials against what you bought. They sent different material than what I had purchased. They admitted that they probably sold my order and gave it to someone else. Now I am waiting for the material and install with empty bedrooms and no place to sleep.
