ABSOLUTELYHORRIBLESERVICEANDDISGUSTINGLYUNORGANIZED !!! First when I arrived I noticed a customer upset and arguing with an employee. However, I placed my order along with 2 of my friends at Captain Zeaks today. I ordered 1lb of Dungeness crab legs and 4 catfish fillets(uncooked so I could go home and cook them). Originally the man behind the counter told me it would be about 45 minutes. But once I let him know I didn’t want the catfish fried he told me it would be a shorter wait. I said ok and left. 30 minutes later I returned and a different man told me he would check on my order he went in the back and came back and told me it would be another 10 minutes I said ok. I returned 10 minutes later and there was a long line. So a additional 10 minutes later, when I got to the register I asked the man that took my order originally, if my food was done. He asked me my name and what I ordered again. I told him; and he went in the back and returned just to tell me that MYORDERHASNOTBEENSTARTED !!! and he is sorry that they haven’t started it ! Mind you I have been watching people that came in after me and WITHME place orders and receive their food !!! I am so disgusted and utterly pissed off at how they handle their customers ! Everyone I know says they are known for messing up orders and being disorganized! DOBETTERASANESTABLISHMENTANDAS A BUSINESSTHISISRIDICULOUS!!! NOONESHOULDHAVETOWAITANHOURFORNOORDERTOBEPLACED !!!

Very good crabs — seasoning is delicious! Been there a couple times this summer and have been very happy. Even mediums were good and full!

Immediately upon walking into Captain Zeaks you are assailed by a strong fishy odor, which speaks volumes about old fish and cleanliness. Aside from clams, crabs and shrimp they had 3 types of fish, all filets. No whole fish or lobster. All of their selections seem to be oriented to their«buy it and we’ll fry it» business. This place used to be good a few years back when it was Hadfield’s. But I understand they went downhill, necessitating the management and name change. Doesn’t look like the new place has improved.
