This is a typical Chinese takeout in a strip mall just outside of historic New Castle. I’d say the food was about average but the service was good and on a weekday night, there was no wait before they(the husband and wife team) started making the order.

I love this place! It’s nothing spectacular, but it’s pretty cheap. It’s one of those places where certain things are really good and certain things not so much. I get shrimp with broccoli, lo mein, fried dumplings, or soup.

Went to this restaurant because it was the closest to home. I was not that impressed. I got the sesame chicken and pork lo mein. The chicken can only be described as goopy. It tasted as if there should have been some kind of liquid added to make it less thick; very unappetizing. The pork lo mein was good and standard. If you’re starving it will fill you up but otherwise, I will continue looking for that to-die-for Chinese.

I go here all the time for pork lo mein. The place is clean. Run by a couple, she’s up front, he cooks. She is friendly, the place is clean and the food is consistent. I like the pork lo mein here — some of the other places I’ve been to in New Castle add a weird sauce to it, almost like the garlic sauce with out the garlic. I took my father and step mom the other day and my dad commented how that the pork fried rice was yellow. I’ve seen that before so it didn’t bother me much. My step mom had the curry chicken. It tasted good, a little spicy which I like, a few too many onions though. The pork lo mein was good as always. If you want cheap, consistent Chinese take out, this is a good place to stop by. If its Friday night, make sure you call your order ahead. It can get busy during the dinner weekend rush.
