Horrible! Their tag line is «Once we connect you… you stay connected.» I have a DVR Camera System from them at my business and have been unable to view my cameras remotely. It’s been 3 weeks that I have been contacting ET Comm. for assistance to get connected again. My contact at ET Comm. Dwayne ignores my emails and calls and tells his secretary Amy to pass me along to some California company who has no idea what to do either. Then he has the secretary email me and screen my calls to pass me along. They say they keep you connected but I have been offline for 3 weeks.
