New Castle News

Very thin newspaper. They often rerun stories. They definately have a bias. They call me all the time to subscribe. They charge too much to put things in the paper. The website is bad too. They also run a lot of cheesey stories about their staff’s personal lives. They must be desperate to fill up the thin paper. There’s a lot that happens in New Castle that doesn’t make the paper. I learn more online than what’s in the paper.

Overall, an OK newspaper for the area.

I recently watched the film Of Mice & Men. You know, based on the classic John Steinbeck novel. Let’s just say that Lennie could probably develop a clearer, more user-​friendly online form with less errors than the one provided by New Castle News.
A few notes for you, New Castle News:
* No, my parents aren’t separated. They’re not «seperated» either.
* «Mothers name & address» — No love for apostrophes, huh?
* I believe you want to know what high schools and colleges I attended rather than the educational institutions I «attened.»
* «If sending photo by email, it will need to be sent separately as a attachment !» — I don’t know if I should be thrilled that «separately» was spelled correctly here or disappointed by the word that comes before «attachment,» the extra space, and the annoying use of an exclamation point.
* «you will receive a conformation e-​mail» — Oh really? That should be interesting.
I’ll stop there. You get the idea.
