Public Storage

I’m a 68-​year old Latino senior citizen. stored company materials here for over a year. Generally any sort of service was non-​existent. The gates were not working a few times. Upon going forth and vacating my space, I politely went up to the admin office and got reprimanded by Susan because I parked my van in a spot in front of their office. I contacted the corporate office to complain about her but nothing happened. The only way to contact Public Storage Corporate is through emails as they appear to have no live operators. The lock on my shed was frozen and I requested the manager to cut it off but she appeared three months later so I hadn’t been able to get my product out of the shed. I was then charged a late fee which Susan and/​or corporate refused to refund. Finally, the lock was cut off by the manager after Susan I could have paid out of pocket for a locksmith. Since I’m a senior on a limited budget I had to wait for the manager. Finally, I got my stuff out. The whole Public Storage operation is not recommended. It would be better to rent someone’s garage or try another business.

I was helped by Susan, she was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
