It had been over a dozen years since I last recall dining at a Ruby Tuesday. So long that I couldn’t remember what I had or even if it was any good or not. I don’t know you or how hungry you are, but you can do better than Ruby Tuesday. If you aren’t sure and give it a go, it’s just hard to imagine that you’ll look back at the time, effort, and money spent here and say, «Yeah, that was worth it.» The one star goes to our server, the only mild bright spot. The food was underwhelming and made me feel sad. Even the drinks(all non-alcoholic) were less than desirable. The $ 3.95 strawberry lemonade for my 4 year old was too sweet to choke down. Chicken noodle soup came to the table late and lukewarm. Portion was adequate, but I couldn’t justify taking in more than I did. Following the soup, I expected to see a turkey & Swiss headed my way. It kind of showed up, but in the form of two silver dollar pancake-sized turkey burger patties(think sliders). I can handle a turkey burger on occasion, but think that should’ve been made clear on the menu. Most other items served were overcooked and lacked taste. You’ve worked too hard for your money to waste it here.

I’ve been to Ruby’s here and there since they’ve opened. I went there today and I can tell you there’s much improvement with the quality of food. My 4 year old daughter had chicken strips and fries. The strips were actually real chicken tenderloins not processed at all and she ate all 4 of them. Salad bar fresh and clean and stocked. My boyfriend ordered the jalapeño pretzel burger and I had the Parmesan penne with chicken. Both were delicious and I will be returning much sooner this time!

The food was surprisingly good. Service… not so much. Sitting at the bar and didn’t get silverware until 5 mins after my food came. And had to wait about 20 minutes to get a second glass of wine. Servers were surrounding the bar throughout my meal complaining about tips and how they were still being sat(around 8pm) not to mention the fits thrown after 9. Why work in the service industry if you aren’t interested in serving?

I enjoyed the environment There. The food was good. And they can make a mean long island iced tea.

This place is known for their salad buffet. Yes, all you can eat salad. What a healthy option you think right? Well you should have seen how much cheese people were piling onto their three leaves of lettuce. Conclusion. You can definitely get your money’s worth(read: calories worth) of salad(translation: cheese) for the $ 2.99 it costs to add this onto your main course. The ribs we ordered were delicious. Soft, fall off the bone and only $ 9.99. But I’m warning you, the salt content in these things is enough to make anyone ill. We both woke up in the middle of the night feeling down right sick. Guzzling water didn’t seem to do it either, we just had to wait this one out and hope our poor little kidneys were up for the challenge. I’m going to be avoiding this chain of restaurants from here on out.

Great place! the soup & salad bar is awesome and beats the crap out of eat n park’s. The chicken piccata($ 10) is really good, but it is like an anarexic portion so thank god I got the salad bar!
