I’d like to update my review as I had a chance to speak to Kim (owner) about my concerns. Kim was really understanding of my experience and told me the next time I came in, my time at Christopher Robert’s would be much different. I am happy to say that was the case. The sales associates were much more welcoming this time around and proactively helpful. It’s really nice to engage with a business and owner who takes these reviews seriously and strives to improve experiences of their customers.

This is my go-​to store for beautiful and meaningful gifts for family and friends. The service is always wonderful and they are so helpful finding the right gift for the right occassion. Highly recommend!

Christopher Robert is a host to a lot of wonderful gifts and chic items that would surely turn on the shopper dwelling inside you. It is a lovely place and the gifts they have will make you or your recipient full of delight. It is one of the best places to shop for accessories, jewelries, bags, seasonal fashion, personalized gifts and many other gifts.
Christopher Robert has a fantastic service. The personal service I got when I called them was excellent.
One time, I decided to replace a pair of boots I bought because I realized the fit was not good enough for me and Christopher Robert was no fuss at all. Sadly, they don’t have the right pair for me that time, so I had to wait until they had the stocks ready. A few days have passed and I received a call from them telling me they have an alternative pair ready. The nature of their call and the subsequent customer service they had was more akin to a shop that knows and treats their customers well.

Hey guys, it was the first time I have got off at Christopher Robert and I must say it’s an orderly and impressive accessory, knick-​knack, jewelry, card and etc store. I have been to other similar or almost similar stores but they don’t compare to Christopher Robert in terms of stocks, customer service and quality. I brought an Alex and Ani bracelet and Crislu ring. I’d definitely come back, especially for their special sales. There are lots of stuff here and so many to choose from. It is hard to visit the store and leave empty handed. Can’t wait to bring my girlfriends here. They would surely love this place as well.

I was given a gift from this store. I brought it back a few days later, in their bag, packed just as I got it (I never removed it from the bag). It had all the tags attached and they had the item right on their shelf. I asked them if I could exchange it. The salesgirl said «no» and I asked her to call the owner or manger. She did and they also said no. The reason they gave was that I didn’t have a gift receipt. This is no way to do business in a small community. I will suggest that you never buy a gift from them or anything you are not positive about. Their policy appears to be «all sales final»!
