This Starbucks is overall convenient but there is always a line and limited room inside. They should seriously expand to the vacant space next to them. It would be better because the inside has no space to sit, especially in the winter when you cannot use the outdoor seating.

I love Starbucks but this location is the worst. First the space is horrible no room for anything. Management is so bad I’ve seen a huge line and a manager doing things that have nothing to do with helping the customers. At least help the baristas who are there busting out drinks. I felt bad for a few of the baristas trying to keep up. They should’ve made it bigger

I recently moved to the area five months ago and this is the closest Starbucks near me. I’ve been several times and I’ve only experienced good, pleasant service with my drink made right once or twice. The employees are often inattentive, either chatting to one another or chatting with customers. Just today, the(only) cashier was flirting with a female customer while they both blocked the line to the register. On one occasion, I asked for lite ice(twice at the register, for good measure) and my venti drink still came back more than half full of ice. The employee dryly offered an «Oh, I can make it again?» but I wasn’t interested in wasting more of my time and there was a long line of customers behind me. Recently, my friend got his vanilla lite ice latte(which was successfully lite ice this time) without the vanilla syrup that he had been charged for. I also found it odd that when I asked for soy milk on the bar, I was poured soy milk in a cup and was told the employee couldn’t hand the carton over to me. Not sure if it’s policy, but I’ve been to many Starbucks locations and have never had this issue. Was he expecting me to run away with it? Did he think I would contaminate it when all their other dairy products are out in the open for any customer to do what they will with them? He offered to give me more if I needed, but it was more than enough so I assume the the extra product was wasted. All-in-all, this location is lackluster and slow in service even when there aren’t many patrons to serve. Employees should be personable and attentive to their customers and their orders. It’s lucky for them and a bit unfortunate for me that this is the closest Starbucks as their convenience in distance is the only reason I’ll go back. But not for a while.

My Friend and i went to this place to have a great time and have a coffe .,!! We order a caramel frapucchino cuz is my favorite drink i ask to the lady who was served the coffees to add a lil more whipped cream she did but with mad mood.,! Well i let pass … Our drinks was to sweet and no flavor, and I decided to order a expresso to mix with my frappuchino Of course i paid for … When she was making the expresso i ask to her to don’t put the lids becouse i want to put on my other coffe… when i aks to her she say: no i can’t.,! I say please i gonna mix right now and she told me again no I can’t.,!(Her name is «PRISCILA») I didn’t say anything to her but I believe if the customer ask u for something you had to do the best .,!! «unfortunately starbucks is my favorite place and also my favorite coffe .,!! But I don’t have a good service this time

Updating a formerly 1-star review. This Starbucks used to be the slowest I’d ever been to, but things have changed dramatically in the past few months(as if June 2015). The service is much, much better. I don’t know what they changed, whether it was processes or personnel, but it worked. Thank you for getting this location up to speed. Otherwise, this is Starbucks. You know what you’re getting(and now you’ll get it in a reasonable time!).

Just spent 20 minutes waiting for my drink while I watched the location manager stocking shelves and sweeping the floor. I’m all for cleanliness, but she left a newish barista struggling with 12 customers waiting for their drinks with no assistance. This location blows. It’s always a ridiculous wait time. The location management refuses to move any faster. Slow footed, unfriendly. She doesn’t seem to have any respect for her customers time. I won’t be back. Dunkin Donuts is right down the street and will now be getting my coffee money.

Horrible service. Slow as a snail. One barista coughed onto her hands and arm multiple times and then pulled food out of the oven without washing her hands. I really need to stop going here.

Right on main street! Pros: — has on coffee — outdoor seating — indoor seating — free wifi — walkable distance to multiple town restaurants cons: — bunch of high schoolers/early college students gossiping about who kissed who like their lives depended on it — limited indoor seating — at night its dark inside

Great open porch area with free wifi to enjoy your drinks – if you can get your drinks. Most of the time even if the line isn’t long the service is slow for a Starbucks. If they have a line… Get ready for a bit of a wait. Coffee is fine – no real problems there – if there was another Starbucks nearby I would opt to go there if I’m in a rush.

Probably the worst experience I had at a Starbucks. Everyone was nice and courteous, but the drinks came out the worst I ever had. You’d think every Starbucks could make drinks but when I finally took a sip to find out my cup was half full, I was thoroughly upset. Unfortunately I was already in the car and there was nothing I could do. And then when my sister’s drink was totally wrong, even though it was written correctly on the cup, I was confused. You think such a large company would have some form of quality control. Just to add to this. I came to find that the decaf drink my sister wanted actually had caffeine and she is sensitive to caffeine. They almost killed my sister. I will never go back to this Starbucks and I hope so manager does something about the negligence that goes on here.
