Worst customer service received at a Verizon store. The workers act like they’re too good to talk to you and are prejudice. My parents and I walked in and wasn’t even greeted properly by the staff standing at door. When we asked for help the dark skinned short lady couldn’t even make eye contact with us and didn’t properly try to help. I’ll never come back to this place again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to come here either.

Highly recommend Jonathan and this Verizon location .He’s very patient and a pleasure
to deal with. He explains very clearly the various plans & I experienced a seamless transition of new phone purchase and the transferring of data from old to new phone. A large variety of merchandise to choose from as well. So glad I stopped in at my local store and met Jonathan.

Came in with my boyfriend to buy his first smartphone. He really had no idea what he was looking for, and Jonathan was more than helpful. It’s a very small shop, which means that you’re going to get one on one attention. Again, Jonathan was very friendly, knowledgable, and understanding.
