Delicious, fresh Chinese food, with no msg. Food isn’t greasy like many Chinese joints. Clean and yummy! We always get takeout. I recommend that, as the place itself has no atmosphere.

The egg rolls were slightly over cooked and they could have pressed our tofu a bit more, but the food was fresh and delicious otherwise. We ordered take out for our hotel, and we will definitely eat here again when we are in the area!

Shittiest customer service ever. The young girl behind the counter has no people skills. She seemed viscerally pissed that I would bother her by placing an order. All we did was show up on a Friday night at 8:30. The sign says they are open till 10:30. What a terrible experience. Probably won’t be back again.

Best Chinese food around and maybe best I’ve ever had. You can tell this is a family recipe kind of place, no frozen pre-packaged junk. If you’re a vegan or vegetarian the ma po tofu and the general tso tofu is amazing! The portions are big so I always get an extra meal out of my left overs. The curry and mixed vegetable in garlic sauce with your meat or tofu of choice will impress you.

So this place has some good things going for it. The staff is super friendly, the food is fresh and there is a huge selection. However, eating in there would be rather depressing. The décor leaves a lot to be desired, but I suppose the majority of their business is take-out so who really cares?! For the price, the amount of food and the quality of pretty much anything ordered, it’s worth the stop.

We have been looking for the name of this place since we ended up here while passing through the area with a major chinese food craving. We were hooked. Finding good and fresh chinese is pure luck. We will definitely go back now that we know the name and where it is located.

Our go-to Chinese food spot! My favorite is the Crispy Chicken. Wife is a vegetarian, and they have multiple options for her as well. I highly recommend the Spring Rolls too.

Amazing! Clearly not your average Chinese take out restaurant. Really fresh vegetables and enough variation of dishes from visit to visit to know that they aren’t just heating up some pre packaged foods. We get takeout about once a week from here. Just LOVE it!

For Chinese take-out, they are the best in the area. Pros: — Well done traditional Chinese takeout fare. — Could clearly taste the freshness of ingredients and lack of processed additives compared to other local takeout joints. — Friendly and easily understood ordering. Cons: — Ambiance typical of takeout restaurants. I would not want to eat-in here.

Excellent food, real authentic without all the MSG! The people who own it are really friendly. The service is super quick and made when you order it so it’s not just sitting around until you get there. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

China Café is a hidden gem in the strip mall between Giant and Subway, not to be confused with the Aroma buffet, which is around the corner in a different building with the Family Dollar and DQ. It is my favorite strip-mall Chinese joint. Cheap eats for lunchtime, most of the lunch combos are under $ 5 and include a soda. They serve jasmine tea in their little teapot, so be sure not to pass it up. If you have special orders, don’t be afraid to ask. Having gone there so many times, the owner now knows that I want a pair of chopsticks, plain rice(in lieu of the fried rice that comes with the lunch special) and extra spicy. Everything off the menu is great, and it is not cooked until you order it. My favorite is Hunan Pork, extra spicy. The Ginger Chicken is also excellent, I’ve never seen the pickled sushi ginger used in Chinese cooking before, but it tasted really great. The décor is typical of a strip mall Chinese joint, a few booths and tables, light-up sign with pictures… you know how it looks before you even go there so don’t expect something special until you take your first bite. They probably do more take-out business, but I recommend you eat in, so you get it hot out of the wok. They’ll bring it to you so steaming hot, it’ll look like a little TMI coming out of the kitchen. The food is probably worthy of a 5-star review. I have to give 4-stars for ambiance. The place is clean and nice but, it is what it is — a strip mall Chinese place. It’s not fancy. It’s a great place for lunch with co-workers, but you might want to take your best client somewhere more impressive(unless, of course, you know she will be impressed by great food). You would probably drive right on past this little place if you didn’t know it was there. Listen up, Unilocalers, the China Café is great! If you are looking for excellent Chinese, I think it would be worth going out of your way to check out China Café.
