I spent weeks trying to decide on the perfect flooring for my kitchen. We visited all the flooring places in my area(there’s a lot of them, we live close to the Carlisle pike). My husband suggested we check this place out as he’d heard good things about them. Well these guys had me at hello, literally. Customer service was second to none. Our first visit Jon greeted us enthusiastically and made us feel like we were the most important customer there even though we were just«looking around». Our second visit we met Thalia, and i thought to myself, what does she know about flooring? Turns out she knows a lot! They were both knowledgeable and informative. I feel they educated us well on their products and were always professional and kind. I visited at least 3 times and they were never ever bothered to see my face AGAIN. They answered all of my questions no matter how redundant. Two thumbs up! About the flooring, what a selection! Everything from very inexpensive laminate to the very beautiful wood flooring. It’s floor heaven with a more personal touch. We ended up choosing a beautiful bamboo flooring called Red Siegal, absolutely gorgeous! I couldn’t wait to have it installed which coordinating that was another very nice experience. We opened a lumber liquidator card and were going to include installation with zero percent interest for 18 months. That was nice. Unfortunately we needed to return some of the material due to allergies :((that too was an easy process). All and all our experience here was remarkable and would recommend this place to anyone in need of good quality flooring at great prices and excellent customer service.

What a scam! My parents had a salesman from lumber liquidators come to their house to give them an estimate for putting wood floors into a bedroom. He gave them a number, sold them a package, and told them the delivery would cost $ 100. When the(very nice) man came to install the floors, he pointed out that there was ALREADY wood flooring underneath the carpet. My parents had no idea, and the initial salesman was obviously more interested in his commission than providing them with good information. When they tried to return their order, the store charged them $ 150 for delivery and $ 150 for removal. PLUS, they refused to return the full and rather hefty deposit, which they never would have paid had they been given clear and accurate information. So, now they are paying to return wood they ordered under false pretenses and are paying someone else to refinish the existing wood. Terrible and shameful behavior from a local affiliate of a well-respected national chain.
