Pleasant View Farm Bed and Breakfast Inn

Each year B&B’s across the US can participate in a Veteran’s Day special for our armed forces personnel… offering a free night’s stay or something similar. This year we were hoping to book a stay at Pleasant View Farm but found it was quickly booked solid over Veteran’s Day. Several days after my initial contact, I received a call back from Nancy. She was delightful as she explained there had been a cancelation and she had searched her phone for my # so she could offer the honeymoon suite to us!
To say our stay was delightful wouldn’t do it justice. The grounds are just gorgeous… Nancy is so helpful and friendly, their children were engaging and we thoroughly enjoyed talking with all of them. We felt like we were visiting old friends!
Our room was gorgeous… and when we told Nancy and her husband about a little problem with the heater it was taken care of immediately! Our working fireplace was such a nice touch and made our stay all the more romantic.
The food was delicious and it was clear Nancy wanted to make sure we all had what we liked… nobody left the table less than stuffed and it was nice dining family-​style. We spent more time than we would have imagined lingering at the breakfast talking with the other guests and our lovely hosts… the conversation was easy and entertaining.
I would highly recommend Pleasant View Farm B&B to everyone! We will be going back… soon
