Sparkling Clean Hard Surface Restoration

I’m always looking to hire husband and wife contractors. And I have never been disappointed. Bill and Robyn Haydt had a huge job in tackling a 900 sq ft basement concrete floor that our two pugs had made their own personal toilette. At least 60% of the floor was heavily contaminated. The smell was so bad I wore a respirator every time I got within a few feet of the basement. When the smell wafted up from our ducts, I knew it was time to take action.
I found Sparkling Clean through their FB page, and Bill specifically mentioned having successfully cleaned a basement floor that had pet urine odor, so I knew they wouldn’t be afraid to tackle my floor. I called them and Bill came out immediately. I offered him a respirator but he was a real trooper and refused. He was also unfazed by the massive job that lay ahead of him. A few days later, Robyn joined him. I also offered her a respirator and she refused. Now that’s the pioneer spirit. Then they set about to clean my floor.
Their equipment is top-​notch, they are environmentally conscious, and their prices are more than reasonable. They were also very conscientious. When they discovered that I had a moveable whole house dehumidifier, they went back and cleaned behind it. So what was supposed to be a 2 hour job took almost 4, and they didn’t even charge me extra. Now that’s service! 24 hours later and I don’t need a respirator anymore. I will also have them back to seal the concrete floor for me. Thank you Bill and Robyn!
