I was in the Hershey area looking for someone to fix our screen windows. After calling multiple places and being told it could take 7 – 10 days I spoke to a lady at Weist and she promised turn around in 2days at a cost that was a fraction of other places. Not only that, she was able to make me a new screen for a window at 75% cost less than Home Depot.
Beyond the screen door, the people at this hardware store treat you like family. There is a charm that reminds me of the 1960’s where everybody knows your name, and people were just plain friendly.
Overall an amazing hardware store that deserves 100 stars. Forget the big box stores, patronize this family run store because they will truly earn your business.

LOVE this place… This is an old style Hardware store, family owned. Everything is there and the lady who owns it knows where it is. They are extremely helpful and you can even pet the sweet and gentle family dog who hangs out next to the grass seed.
