I been a customer for a few years, since they were ariana’s deli by new dorp train station. The food is great and they have a great selection of Mexican dishes. But when it comes to service they are bad they don’t check up on there tables to see if everything is good or to see if you need anything else. The delivery part is also bad I had to wait about an 1 hour and 30 mins for my food and when it got there the order was wrong. I call back to tell them the order was wrong and the lady answer the phone in an unprofessional way.

Hands down, probably one of the few best places to get authentic inexpensive Mexican food on the Island. I’m so glad my friend recommended this place to me, otherwise I probably would have never come across it. It’s located in a small shopping center that I’ve driven passed many times before. There’s nothing appealing about the store or it’s signage, so it’s easy to miss. The food, however is bar none. If you’re starving, order their nachos. It’s chock filled with chips, cheese, beans, steak, queso and other goodies. This is an easy crowd pleaser, and the best nachos you’ll find for $ 10. If you’re not so hungry, order their 3 to 4 taco special. They have a variety on their menu and you can order 3 to 4 tacos for $ 10 — $ 12. I usually get their pork and pineapple tacos, which is superb, and filling. They also make their own fruity purée drinks. You have to ask the server what fruits they have, as the fruits change every day. You pay about $ 3 for a quart of freshly squeezed juice mixed with water, and it’s very refreshing. I really enjoyed their honeydew, and thought their papaya was a bit sweet. If you’re on the Island, you definitely want to come check this place out. Prices are ridiculously reasonable, and you get legitimate great tasting Mexican food. Cons, service can get a bit slow here sometimes, as they’re often short staffed. The waitresses here are typically very friendly, and it makes up for it – plus the free chips and salsa helps too while you’re waiting. I also like admiring their wall art. They have these nice acrylic Mexican themed paintings like I like to marvel over while waiting for my food.

Couldn’t pay my bill with a card because the amount was under 10 and thought I had money on me but she wouldn’t go for it. So I left the food. Nuff said

I love this little place. The food is delicious, fresh and, often, beautifully presented(while eat-in, the beauty usually lost in the take-out packages). The choice of meats and sausages is outstanding. Try the molcajete

First two times I went here it was worthy of 5 stars. The last time it got 3 stars so I’ll settle on four. I went on probably the coldest day of the year and I don’t think they have their heat on at all. But I was bringing someone there and they really wanted to try it so we sat down. They brought out chips and salsa and I asked for guacamole guacamole was OK probably a 3 ½ or four out of five. We ordered three tamales and the molcjate. Molcajate supposed to come out on a hot stone the stone was cold. Needless to say with a cold stone and freezing restaurant are our food got cold very fast. The food taste it decently but not as good as it was before regardless if it would’ve been hot. I’ll continue to go here as the place is still really good.

The food here just tastes real. It’s much more authentic than anything I have had in the New Dorp area. It’s not like your standard burrito or taco filled with rice and lettuce and nonsense. The tacos, chorizo is my favorite, come in a double corn tortilla and have a little onion and cilantro on top. That’s it. Some lime and radish on the side. And they taste like heaven, I’m sitting here writing this review and my mouth is watering. Try the specialty meats too– the Tongue taco was great too.

When I come here the food takes a while, but it is always worth the wait. After coming here a few times, I’ve found that I love most of the items here, but especially love the tamales and Hawaiiana sandwich! Though I would recommend ordering ahead of time in the phone.
