Great prices and price matches, helpful staff but if they order something for you don’t wait for them to call you, call them. Just put a vox amp and Sabian cymbal on layaway. Again we worked with Jim. Great guy!

This store never has anything you need. And if it does, you’re not doing something right and you need to reassess your instrument setup. As much as I’d love to support a local business, this place has been terrible for the 15 years I’ve been trying to buy from them.

Not one person said anything to us, not even a greeting, in the 15 minutes that we spent inside Big Apple Music. Although they do have a nice selection of items, it’s a shame that they really don’t know how to display things. They have a large space but their layout is pretty terrible, in my opinion. There’s a mess of instruments and it makes the store seem very unorganized.

The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and chill. They are very honest with customers and give you real advice, even if it means they won’t be getting any patronage from you. The staff who fix your broken electronics or instruments are very professional and do an excellent job. The store is kept very clean and there are lots of items to browse. Great place for musicians.
