Cassville, NY
Brought in a silk shell with 2 stains on it. I pointed out the stains and said that I needed them removed. Came back 4 days later to pick it up and the stains were still there with a note saying that they were unable to remove them. I can understand that but I could not understand how they could still charge me $ 13.25. I will never go there again.
