I give it even one star for the fact that you can walk in practically for free because the staff is so dim headed the that they don’t even realize they have new guests. More games than not are either not calibrated correctly or don’t work at all. If they are not broken, the games are eating your money. Good luck finding someone to help you retrieve game tokens, food or dealing with any other basic guest relations. We only come because friends invite us along only to leave and go to chuckie cheese and have a better time. Netting and other safety barriers on elevated surfaces are in disrepair. Needless to say, this was our last time here. We won’t be back. Rather spend a few extra dollars up the street knowing we will be treated well, our kids safe and not be ripped off. I’m surprised they are still open.

What a great place! Huge area to play within, great bounce houses and space for toddlers(and up) to crawl and bounce, and even a little infant area. The staff couldn’t have been more kind or helpful. Our kids had a fantastic time, we’ll definitely be back when we’re in Utica.

This place is awesome! We are in town visiting the in laws and it’s raining… For less than 30 bucks we occupied 2 hours with our 4 year old… Arcade games and indoor play spaces all in a super– clean and friendly atmosphere!
