I bought my Paradigm speakers from them last November. So it is time to upgrade my sub. I find out that a company in my home town bought them out. live wire. I called them many times and left messages. I tried them one more time and Dave answered. He told me he was going to have somebody call me back. They never called back. Do yourself a favor and give a company like (Take5audio) a chance. They will give you good advice and not over sell you.

Shame on Audio Etc. for selling to a location in Shelton without notifying customers who have equipment in the New Haven store. So much for customer care — - or caring about customers. Might have received notification if it were a $ 15,000.00 item; but what if not. Just not very considerate. One star for nice equipment, but I wishI knew how to remove it.
But the company that took over and is in Shelton, LIVE WIRE, is wonderful. Actually delivered the turntable to me, fixed. So that’s the reason for the five stars.
Here’s wishing them nothing but the best and can’t wait to visit their showroom.

Excellent and professional service. Amazing taste for the music enthusiast! They get custom service and the knowledge of the needs of their clients with the professional acumen of making it happen. Hard to find this level of commitment. Completely recommend.
