Having bought and sold many personal and investment properties over the past 25 years, I have to say my experience with Cheryl Szczarba was not good and I would never recommend Cheryl Szczarba’s services or advice to anyone, ever.

I don’t own many properties but the one I’m in now is my dream house and Cheryl helped me and my partner get it. There was never any pressure and she dealt with me changing my mind about what I wanted. I started by looking at a stucco carriage house in East Rock, then I wanted a tudor in Westville. I ended up with an old cabin in Guilford! Once we settled on the cabin she drove us from New Haven to Guilford many times (some at the last minute). She also drove us to our closing in Meriden where MY lawyer is even though she didn’t have to. She gave us great advice on many issues that have paid off in the long run.
