Professional and efficient. Called the night before for an early morning ride to the train station, dispatcher said no need to reserve. Called in the morning, said there in ten minutes, prompt almost to a fault. No hitches. Only problem for me was dispatcher’s accent over phone was difficult.

Horrible. Called early for a cab to pick up at 10:10. When the cab didn’t show up by 10:15, we called the company and we’re told that it would be there in 2 – 3 min. Cab arrived late at 10:25, so we missed our train.

Picked me up quickly during a monsoon. I called and the driver was there within 10 minutes as promised. He got me to Union Station promptly.

I needed a ride from my apartment in downtown New Haven to Union station, I called them and told them I needed a ride in 40 minutes. They called me when they were downstairs exactly 39 minutes later. Super polite when I still needed another five minutes to come downstairs. I couldn’t expect better service and I have had very annoying experiences with the 203−777−7777 one.

TERRIBLE cab company. Called at 630am to make a 7:30am reservation. Man on the line took down my address though you could tell he barely understood me even after I spelled it out 3 times for him. Said no problem. I called back at 7:15am to see if they had left because I didn’t trust him and the line was busy, then no one picked up and then an answering service picked up. Finally I got a hold of him and he said ‘oh, wait. where was the pick up? We only have two cabs running,’ so I reminded him I called an hour before and he said ‘oh ya I remember… let me see if I can send someone’. I told him to cancel it and forget it. Worst service I’ve ever had. I would never attempt to use them again. Learn how to run a company.

This was the worst experience with a taxi I have ever had. I called at 3 pm to schedule a pickup at 5:20 pm for a 10 minute ride to the train station. At 5:25, I called to ask where the Taxi was and they said he was on his way and would be there soon. I asked how soon and they said, «5−10 minutes». I called back at 5:35 and they said, «1−2 minutes». 2 minutes later I called back and they said, «Sorry, try another company» and hung up causing me to miss my train and ruining my plans for the evening.

Very satisfied! Call-​ahead for early morning ride to Tweed airport worked great. Driver arrived a few min early, was friendly.
This will be my go-​to taxi in New Haven.

This is my favorite taxi company in New Haven. Reliable and honest. They have told me a couple of times that they are too busy, I appreciated it because other taxi companies in New Haven just give you false expectations.
