Just finished a three-​year stint with Elm Campus. They own a bunch of simple no-​frills apartments in the New Haven area, primarily renting to graduate students (must be Yale-​affiliated to rent, so be aware of that).
They have always been pretty pleasant to me, came whenever I needed anything fixed, no problems, and returned my security deposit after I moved out without incident (less a $ 100 cleaning fee, but to be honest, I deserved that).
