Lisa was stupendous. I was totally skeptical that I’d derive any benefits or feel anything, but after an hour, I felt an amazing, deep restoration. I wish she’d do a home visit every week! Lisa is a lovely woman, caring and calm, which made me feel calm, collected yet open. A wonderful experience — I highly recommend a session with her.

I had a wonderful experience at New Haven Reiki. From the minute I walked in, Lisa made me feel comfortable and calm, even though I was a little bit nervous because I had never had a Reiki session before in my life. She explained the process to me, asked me about my needs, and seemed to really care about wanting to help me heal. The session was very calming and relaxing. I felt a sense of peace that lasted long after the session was over. I had been having issues not being able to stay asleep, and after my Reiki sessions with Lisa, my sleep problems have disappeared. I would highly recommend New Haven Reiki to anyone looking for an excellent Reiki experience!

I was a little hesitant at first about writing a review for Reiki, since I don’t really know how it works. But that doesn’t really matter, all I know is that it worked for me. I was referred to Lisa by a friend, and decided to try and get some relief from an old knee injury that had been bothering me, and just a lot of stress in my life. I found myself feeling immediately safe and comfortable, and as the session progressed I felt a sense of calm and healing that lasted long after the session had ended.
A couple of weeks later, I noticed a knee brace that I’d bought, still in the package, and realized I had totally forgotten to use it because the pain was gone! I would definitely recommend New Haven Reiki — Lisa has a gift of healing that is amazing.
