My HTC Evo drains battery life like T-Pain’s auto-tuner, so I called this store. The answering machine was full(-). I called later and someone answered(+). He invited me to come in(+), albeit without ascertaining whether that would be good for me(-). I came in and was greeted politely(+). I was seen relatively soon(+). A diagnostic was run on my phone for $ 35, as promised(+), but the diagnostic failed to identify the problem(-). I was apparently incorrectly told that the phone was fine(-). I was told that if the problem persisted, the store would order a replacement without my having to come in. The problem persisted(-). But the store refused to order a replacement without my having to come in(-). The store broke a promise to return a call promptly(-).

The owner of this store insulted me when I was asking the prices of some items. I asked for the price of a phone case, was told it was $ 32.00, so I said it was quite pricey. He, in a very bad mood, said something I’m not going to put in here and added: «…and I would like to get $ 1,000 for a $ 100. The items are super expensive and there is no good customer service. I found the same case I asked about online at amazon, for $ 18.00, plus it included 3 screen protectors.
