I love going to that subway, all that employees are really nice, especially Jordan. The only problem is that they never broccoli cheddar soup.

I’ve been to this Subway a few times. If you get one of the specials then it’s okay, however if you order anything else, I feel that the prices at this subway are slightly higher than the subways in the area. I ordered a meatball sub and it didn’t seem like the meatballs were hot enough. There was only one person working in the store making and serving the food, so the area in the restaurant hadn’t been cleaning in what looked like a while. Luckily I was just getting it to go. I know that most people don’t pay the parking meter outside if they are running into subway for two or five minutes to order, but the city of new haven parking meter maids are quick to find you. I didn’t want my $ 7.50 sub to turn into a $ 50 sub. In terms of parking, this subway is only really good if you are on foot or at the hospital around the corner. I would not say this one would be a place if you came here just to go to subway with a vehicle.

This place is naaassstttyyy on the inside and the servers are rude. The only good thing is the view out the window of the green when it’s snowing.

this place still doesnt get it – now this visit brought this bundle of joy to me: first, the bread was old and crappy, not even good enough to feed to birds at a zoo, and on top of that, they nickel & dime you on when u request extra veggies – who do they think they are anyways, a bank? if this joint doesnt get with the program soon, i’m gonna personally call up the mayor of new haven and request that he overhaul this entire joint… man o man, alive… and forget about even asking me about how many stars they deserve, i cant backwards high enough…(place smells like an old mop, too, just an fyi)

they never have soups, never have the green tea, sometimes they don’t have half the toppings or bread options. all in all, this place is still a dump and it still smells. i wrote complaining and got a reply basically saying, ‘thats just how it is here — thanks for the feedback’ the place across the street will do you better.

Not bad. Typical Subway chain. A little cramped. A little dirty. Flies everywhere. But I love the banana peppers.

I literally go here every other day. Ever since subway came out with $ 5 foot longs, a good 50% of my diet consists of a foot long chicken breast on wheat, no cheese, toasted, lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapeños, banana peppers, olives, and onions(pretty much everything but cucumber). Best sauce to go with it is the southwest chipotle or honey mustard. This subway gets a 4 star for me because its right downstairs. Whenever I’m feeling hungry and the cafeteria to my dorm is closed, I come down here to eat. Its opened until 11p. The service is pretty good, though sometimes at night, they tend to run out of ingreidents. Today this really shady looking dude came in and literally just stood in the middle of the store for like 10 minutes straight. It was pretty weird lol.(that gets a –1 star from me)
