They went way above and beyond for me. Kay, Will and Julie answered a million questions for me and I’m 1000% happy with my purchase. Thank you all.

I am going to be nice and give them 2 stars. A majority of the staff are young, rude and simply unprofessional. The staff don’t seem to care about their customers. Personally I have been in this store over 10 times in the matter of a month trying to resolve an issue. I have even left three message for the store manager to call me back, and never got a return call. Finally the issue was resolved with no help from the store. I had to call the corporate office to get resolution. The only reason I stay there is because they do have two staff members that really do care about their customers. Those staff members are Preeti and Anthony. They have always been helpful when I go into their location. I with they were there on the days I needed them! As for the store itself, it is in a prime location, its spacious and clean. My advice would be if you are going to go to this location see Anthony or Preeti. If they are not there… RUN!!!.

This part three of three. Yes, finally I got really good service at this store, but before I continue I just want to say that t-mobile customer service(that is their 800 number) also are excellent. Many companies out there should take a lesson from their 800 number customer service support. They are extremely nice and helpful. They went out of their way for me to try to help me resolve this problem to the best of their ability. Sprint, a extremely crappy phone company, should take a lesson from t-mobile customer support. Now back to the story. So after leaving that terrible t-mobile store in North Haven, I went directly to the t-mobile store in New Haven. Wow, it went really fast. I explained to the manager there, Matthew, my situation, he had me call the t-mobile store in FL and I passed him the manager there. After the manager in FL refused to fax him my receipt due to security reason, the manager in FL explained to him how to do it via computer(it took longer, but it worked). To make a long story short. I was able to return the phone and get my money because I still in the 14 day grace period. I learned a lesson, never buy a phone out of state, it just isn’t worth the hassle. I still have to call the manager soon at the store in New Haven to contact customer service so that they know the phone has been returned to put my contract as it was. T-mobile need cohesiveness in its operation. Customer service can’t do anything, each store has there own separate policies, and a customer is left having to juggle all these different things from the same company. I felt like I was dealing with 4 different phone company. Two were good: one in New Haven and 800# customer support; and two were bad: the one in North Miami Beach and the one in North Haven. Each had their own separate policy they have to follow, but yet it is T-mobile? How crazy is that. T-mobile follow a policy of cohesiveness like Walmart. Walmart is one system no matter where you go. Whether you are in your home state or out of state, any Walmart is just like your own. Policies are the same across the board. I might eventually leave this company, but I don’t think the other cell phone companies out there are any better. I also can’t see how the other cell phone companies could top T-mobile customer support. It truly is top notch.
