Food is mediocre. Service is SLOW! Drinks are watered down. When using their Groupon they will only allow ONE per table, per visit. So if you are there with friends you better sit at different tables or they won’t let you use the Groupon. If you exceed the value of one Groupon you will have to pay cash or credit for the balance because they won’t let you use more than one per visit.
The manager reiterated to us ONE Groupon per table, per visit. Saying that the groupons were supposed to bring them extra business. It did! Our group of 5 friends used them twice before we were stomped on. So, we won’t be back. The kiss of death to any business is treating customers like crap. We paid our bill last Friday, took our unused groupons (sold them on Craigslist), and will take our business down the street one block to Rack n Helens.
