Bad company they get you in very expensive monthly fees and I could get better deals eith others company.

Worst company ever, run don’t walk the other way if the come knocking. We had their alarm installed and has not worked right since day one. Company is full of lies and broke promises. Can’t wait till our contract runs out so we can rip this junk out of our house. Horrible product and poor customer service.

I had the pleasure of speaking to a rep. From Utah where they are based, and he was awesome, then I said ok to the installation even though they are the most expensive around… employees came to my house… can I say disorganized, UNRELIABLE, are just a couple adjectives THAT i can kindly come up with without using profane language… they will never get my business!!! P. S. they should offer training classes to the people they hire due to the fact that employees are an extension of a business. …wat a sad day for this company!!!
