Referred to me by the previous tenant of my home, I contacted JB Zimmerman for a repair job for my washing machine. I waited five days for a response before contacting someone else. Completely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I understand that a small appliance repair isn’t exactly on the top of their priority list, but how about a phone call? An acknowledgement? Something? Yeah, I know we individuals don’t amount to anything for a big company like this, but they should really consider what kind of reputation they want to cultivate, because some of us insignificant people have jobs, and we talk.

Great family owned hardware store. Lots of great knowledgeable and helpful people. They have all the normal hardware store stuff, as well as appliances and televisions as well.
