horrible energy in this place. I was sick for the rest of the day after entering! I was visiting town and after I left this place I was brewing all day. I wanted to go back in and tell the workers off. I decided not to because I don’t know what kind of evil witchcraft is taking place here. the two workers(one young female and one young male) only talked to each other the whole time. one time I even caught them laughing at me as if I missed out on some sort of inside joke? I felt as if they couldn’t believe that a person like me was in a witch store??? I don’t need to explain what I am or what I believe in. but you should never judge a book by its cover. *DONOTENTERTHISSTORE*

Great for supplies. Wish the hours were a little longer. Staff is helpful. Store is welcoming. Prices are fair.

I received a reading from Tammie in August while in New Hope on a day trip. Many of the things she said didn’t make sense to me at the time, but now 10 months later have become very clear. It was an excellent reading, and Tammie really helped me to feel comfortable, although I was nervous since I don’t really know a lot about witches. I highly recommend Tammie for a reading if you’re ever in New Hope.

I really enjoyed coming to this shop because of the good selection of products at nice prices. However, my last visit there has kept me from returning all together and after reading the other reviews on Unilocal I can see I am not the only one who feels this way unfortunately. The few times I came in I had been new to the craft and was seeking advice and expertise from other witches since I didn’t know anyone else personally who follows this path. I asked the woman there if she could suggest me a book or materials suitable to a beginner and was honest that I was not well educated but was eager to learn. This seemed to be a mistake, because she told me in her frustration with me that her store does not«cater to beginners» and that she has nothing in the shop for me, even though in hindsight there most certainly was. I tried to ask her other questions about the items she had and any outside advice she could give me about starting my path, but she continued her short answers and nasty comments, talking down to me as if I had no place among witches. It was embarrassing and upsetting to me, and made me feel very uncomfortable staying to shop, so I left. I understand there are probably a lot of people who come in her shop who are not witches nor understand what witchcraft actually is, but talking down to me simply because I was not as educated as her is the sole reason I will not be returning. Isn’t the point of owning such a shop To educate and share the craft with others? Maybe I caught her in a bad mood, maybe she mistook me for a Sabrina the teenage witch wanna-be, but I haven’t returned to this store in since then, more than a few years, and being a more educated and confident witch now, I thought this review necessary. My experience in this shop was my first time seeking advice from other witches and made me very self conscious and nervous approaching others at shops, conventions, etc. However, I have met other people and found other places with helpful workers that share their knowledge instead of holding it above my head, and have never had a negative experience outside of this shop. It’s a real shame, because it is a very nice store, but I won’t be returning until the negative energy in this shop can be released.

Decent little shop. Got an amulet, candle and a rainbow-beaded crystal pendant for my friend who is a priestess in training.

went here for fun. Found a beautiful bracelet. Blue Goldstone Fire Opal. The thing broke in 1 week! They put it on string! $ 32 for a string bracelet. Well I went to Bead Works in Philly off South Street. For only $ 6 I was able to restring it on wire, like it should have been done in the first place. The design was great but string? Really? Cute items but really overpriced. Stick to Garland of Letters for witchy stuff.

Addendum to my first review. I would like to add unprofessional to the list of things I do not care for in this shop. I received this message in my In Box tonight: You have a new message Hi Jeni, Tammie J. has sent you a message on Unilocal: Gypsy Heaven Review «95% Percent of Gypsy Heaven customers come from New Jersey. I think that beings you are not impressed that you should open your own store! Being a Forth Degree High Priestess Witch, yes, Witch not a Wiccan, I am sure I know more about impressions than most people. I cannot be in two places at one time but I am working on it. I have struggled, suffered and lost so much and am still dedicated to the Lord and Lady. I am sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. The only comments that matter are mine. This place has a nice idea to it, but really could have been decorated better. Especially being its location surely provides competition. Anyway, many incense products, crystal balls, books, and other things. However, the layout of the store was so tiny that it was difficult to even pass through with more than one person.
