This is a larger space that’s pretty loud. You can sit outside, with heaters, or inside. They have some beers on tap, but nothing impressive and it’s a rather small selection. I would expect more quality options for a bar type place. We split their chili nachos. They were soggy, not that flavorful and way too much toppings. They were way overpriced. We only ate a few. Also we split buffalo wings. They were pretty good. They didn’t come with any carrots. Also, we split the quesadillas. They were filled with cheep cheese. We split one of the slices. Needless to say even though we ordered a lot of food, we left hungry. The waitress was very nice. She checked up on us a lot. Overall, we wouldn’t suggest it and we won’t be returning. The quality of the food didn’t match the price.

Had their specialty taco. It was good, but a tad to spicy for me, I still liked it though. Fries were really good. The setting of the building was really nice and homey.

We might see Havana on Bar Rescue in the near future. Went here during the day and that is when you can really see how run down this place is. All areas of this place is covered with dust and spider webs and no I didn’t count the ones used for Halloween decorations. You can tell the plants in the corners of the rooms have never been moved, as there is ages of dirt piled behind them. The bar and bar area is terrible outdated and worn. The beer selection itself is pretty decent. You can smell a dirty stink as you approach the bar, I can only assume it is from unsanitary conditions as it reminds me of a dumpster. You can see standing water on the floors behind the bar as well as filth underneath the bar area. I ordered a beer that came out as pure head. The girl must have wasted a beer and a half trying to pour me one good glass. The beer tasted fresh, so maybe it was a problem with the keg, however as I finished my glass I notices something floating on the bottom. I will most likely explore New Hopes other bars in the future, that is untill there is a major renovation at Havana.

Terrible experience, I’d give zero stars if I could. If you don’t feel like reading all of this just give this place a pass and try somewhere else. It started out fine, 4 of us sat outside on the patio and ordered drinks. After we’d started on the drinks we were asked if we wanted food which we didn’t, and we were told we had to order food or move to the bar! To us the whole outdoor area looked like an outdoor bar. How were we supposed to know? Since there were 2 empty tables behind us and no one waiting for the table it just didn’t make much sense. I checked out the bar and there was only 1 stool free so we ordered an appetizer even though we didn’t want it so we could enjoy our drinks in peace. The waitress then came back and demanded the we order a minimum of $ 10 each. Remember at no time prior to being sat were we told there was a minimum food order. Since there was no room to sit at the bar and we were subsequently visited by the manager as well who said it wasn’t his rule and apologized but still insisted we leave we just left since we couldn’t enjoy our drinks anyway. Paying for those drinks which we couldn’t even finish and the atrocious service was really galling. We typically come here once a year but from on we will be trying other alternatives. Our guests were horrified at the whole experience. Luckily we had dinner at another restaurant(review also written in Unilocal) and had a fabulous time.
