Called at 10 pm for delivery. Manager Tim Nelson said they were too busy and do deliver to hotels. Corporate definitely notified. Way better pizza at Sarpinos. Thanks Jets. GFYS

Fantastic Pizza. Worth the price and great for a family night. They deliver and are slowly expanding across other states. Sometimes they have deals in the paper or online. Just check it out before you buy. Even if you can’t find something, still worth it.

The wife and I got a deep dish sausage and pepperoni with the turbo crust and our lives changed forever. I won’t even consider ordering pizza from anywhere else. This stuff is really good. Sometimes the wait can be an issue, but I’ve never been disappointed after eating jets.

I feel like Jet’s is really hit or miss for me. The first time I ate it(I was in St. Louis Park but I’m not sure where they ordered the pizza from) it was so delicious and I was really impressed. Being from the Chicago area, I’m not as picky as some people, but I have higher standards. Every other time I’ve ordered from the New Hope location it’s been mediocre at best. Their bread is always on point but their pizza sometimes tastes different. One time I got it and the pizza was cold. Another time it was too doughy. Every time has been edible but not as good as the first time.

I am not a huge change pizza fan but when I want something quick and relatively inexpensive I got here. I always get the deep dish which is my favorite. It is somewhat greasy and they put a bit too much parmasean for my taste, but less is more for me. I order online which is very easy to navigate and I’ve only ever had to wait once when I picked it up. Overall good pizza if you’re looking for something quick n reasonably priced.

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had. The kid at the register, who took our call, barely knew what was going on. Once we showed up for the pizza 30 min later, they hadn’t even put it in the oven… still sitting here an hour after we ordered take away.

Great and satisfying Pizza! We have only ordered pizzas here since moving to Crystal /New Hope and this has been our go to pizza place this year. We will keep coming back as long as the solid quality continues! Keep up the good work and thank you for some great pizza and movie nights.

Started by two Michigan brothers in 1978, this Upper Midwestern chain specializes in what I’d call«Detroit Style» pizza. A bit thicker crust, square in shape, square cut. They offer several different sizes, including one that’s «all corners.» There are now about 350 Jet’s Pizzas in 19 states, mostly franchise owned and operated. I could be mistaken, but usually I’m not, I think the entire chain is carry out/delivery only. The outlet I visited, in a suburb of the Twin Cities, was ultra busy, and ultra high production oriented. My large sausage and«bold pepperoni» plus olives pie took 12 minutes on the conveyor oven. Enthusiastic and friendly staff. A lot of them! In addition to pizza, the menu offers salads, subs, a couple of chicken products, and their variations on «crazy bread,» or whatever the real name is for baked slices of pizza dough with a variety of toppings. You know what? I was impressed. This is a far more flavorful pie, with more toppings, than any other high production chain. It runs circles around Dominos, Papa Johns, Caesars, and Pizza Hut, for sure. The sausage was flavorful, the pepperoni indeed«bold»(they also have regular), nice pull on the cheese, and the sauce had it’s own distinct flavor. Good job, Jett boys. And thank yer ma for coming up with the recipe.

Very disappointed… We order extra sauce on the pizza and it barely had enough for a normal pizza! Also ordered a salad… It was all white/yellow lettuce. Very disappointed. Won’t eat this jets again.

This has been one of the best pizza places our family has eaten at in Minneapolis area. We have ordered countless pizzas from these guys and never had am issue. Until last night we ordered a pizza and wings. The wings were great, the pizza however was more then covered in Romano/parmesean cheese. We could not take a bite without tasting anything but that. The pizza has never been covered that bad. We tried to call in to file a complaint. In which the manager was extremely rude! Constantly saying you are not getting free food! So we drove down there to show them the pizza, they stated that is how they always have made it! Still said«no free food»! We have ordered from this store many times and it was amazing! But it never came how it did this night! There are other ways they could have saved this coupons, discount or money back anything! But no we were just told no free food and asked to leave. Didn’t eat a bite of the pizza and it all went into the garbage! They have lost loyal customers because of this.#Newmanagement

If you have to settle for chain pizza, this is by far the best. Turbo crust, 8 corner, Any toppings=happiest pizza coma ever.

If you are a dipper. This place has THEABSOLUTEBESTRANCHDRESSING. I’m not sure if it’s made in house, but I would be surprised if it wasn’t. I recommend Jet’s Pepperoni Cheese Bread with ranch and jalepeno cheese dip. The 8 corner pizza is also amazing! I order from Jet’s more often than I like to admit and I have never had a bad experience. Great customer service, friendly delivery drivers and they’ll even draw or write on your pizza box for you if you request it!

We have a picky three year old who will only eat pepperoni(which typically means pick at & not finish one slice) while the rest of us prefer topping loaded pizzas. There’s no way we would order a separate pizza for him alone & he won’t touch it even if we pick off the other toppings. When I placed my order tonight I(embarrassingly) asked if they could just put pepperoni on one slice to appease him. The young lady who took my order was very understanding & placed me on a quick hold to check with the guys who would be making our order & they said no problem. Not only is your pizza the best, but your staff is too! We really appreciate how accommodating they were. Keep up the outstanding work!

Okay. I don’t get it. This pizza is essentially the equivalent of getting Heggie’s from the gas station. There is very little flavor and a whole lotta grease. If that’s your bag, more power to you, but there’s little reason to settle for pizza in the Twin Cities.

First I have to say that I don’t usually like pizza… At all. But my family and I love Jets! The rectangle shaped pizza with so many corners is wonderful! Also the cheese bread is great! But I have to say the dessert cinnamon bread is delicious!

I wasn’t impressed this pizza was just good and the price was higher than other local pizza places. Overrated? Yes! Just go there to expect greasy pizza that is in a pan style crust nothing to rave about.

Jets is beyond disgusting. Maybe if I was a homeless orphan, scavenging for food out of a dumpster, Jets would be good Pizza, but even then, I think I’d choose death via starvation over ever eating their Godforsaken pie again. The ingredients taste like the came directly out of a dollar store clearance bin. For those of you that are calling it the«best pizza» in MN, please, seek a professional medical evaluation.

This review is from just one order, but sometimes one will do. After reading all of the 4 and 5 star reviews here on Unilocal,I was so excited to try this place. Ordered the grill chicken pizza, and found the toppings — the cheese, chicken, veggies were all so dry. The chicken was so salty, too. The pizza has a thick crust, yes, I know it’s Chicago style, but this one was too bready to me, and I just felt like being too much bread… meaning I guess I didn’t really care for the crust. My thought while eating this was that I thought that I wanted to make cheese melted on toast in my toaster oven, cuz I knew it would be better tasting than this… maybe it’s a one time fluke, but I was surely disappointed. Would not be ordering from here again.
