AMAZING! Definitely order a waffle and a scoop of ice cream.
I used to go to another ice cream shop in New Hope for the longest time but unfortunately they went out of business. Thankfully, I discovered Nina’s.
Nina’s has unique ice cream flavors that are all homemade… my favorite!
They do not have many ice cream flavor options but they have enough! The waffles are warm and delicious. Last time I was there I ordered a waffle with pumpkin ice cream. I have ordered their chocolate cake ice cream as well. All delicious.
Go look for Nina’s! They are not located on the main street in New Hope. They are on a side street and you have to walk up a small hill to get to the shop, but it is well worth the walk!

The waffles at this place are definitely in a class of their own. The consistency is is far from the typical crunchy or soggy waffle we’re familiar with, it’s more doughy goodness. It was so good you can eat plain or you can load it with toppings and pair with ice cream. I had a waffle with salted caramel ice cream and topped it with ganache and dulce de leche. If I’m ever in town again, I’ll be stopping by!

Not sure what all the hubub is about Nina’s. The rave reviews on Unilocal made me think it would have incredible ice cream. Sure, it was good, but nothing more original or exciting or smoother or tastier than other ice cream places.

Go for the ice cream, get a waffle, and chat it up a bit with the staff. More than friendly atmosphere, cool eclectic interior, great ice cream flavors. Become enchanted by the smells as you enter and don’t forget to double down with two scoops. Their Vanilla Ice Cream is the bomb diggity. Hands down the best dessert spot in New Hope.

Skip the dessert at dinner and go here instead! Really good ice cream (loved the coffee flavored). Plenty of specialty options for flavors so it might be a little overwhelming, but don’t be shy to ask for a sample. Good service, nice little area to eat in, but a little off the main path.

Great ice cream! I was here over the weekend and were able to get some ice cream right before they closed. We did not have the waffles but only the ice cream and it was superb. Would definitely come back for more.

This place was great. I had waffle with one scoop and it was perfect. The waffle tasted great and the ice cream was awesome as well. I wish they had more drinks to offer than just water. I could see this being a regular dessert place for me.

Mexican vanilla ice cream. Mmmmm. Subtlely sweet was delcioius in an old fashioned cake cone. A small ice cream shop on a side street just before a small uncovered bridge. Very colorfully decorated with graphic wall menus in vibrant colors. A showcase of interesting play on word ice cream flavors and your choice of cup sizes or cones for your one, two or more scoops.
Would come back to try different flavors when back in town…

Always a great experience!!! Ice cream on a waffle is the way to go! Tonight’s choice for me was just a scoop of blueberry lemon cheesecake ice cream, and for my husband it was a scoop of cookies and cream on a fresh and hot waffle. Nina’s never disappoints

The service was good, the place is clean, but the ice cream was not like it was the first time we came. My berry ice cream had ice crystals in it and it had very little flavor. Was so disappointed. I probably won’t be back because the price is too high to chance more disappointment.

IM OBSESSED with this place. I got the waffle with the blueberry ice cream and nutella, holy cow I wish i skipped dinner and ate this instead. The waffle was perfeccccct; crispy on the outside with the right amount of butteriness. The blueberry ice cream was grand but it took me forever to decide on that flavor, there were so many great ice cream flavors. I’m a huge fan of this place and cant wait to go back. My boyfriend got the waffle cone, and he said it was the best waffle cone he’s ever had

Homemade ice cream with different flavors you would not get at another ice cream store.
The waffles are what makes this place unique. Lack seating as when it is busy there could be no tables and outside just has 3 metal tables and chairs squeezed in along the building. Weekends parking can be a hassle even with a public lot on the next block. Also they maybe out of flavors with a wait on the replacement since it is too hard out of the freezer and needs to thaw.
They are planning on opening a new location in NJ.
Overall it is pricey but it is worth trying and I will be back.

These waffles are so amazing we decided to make these our wedding cake!
Our guests were very appreciative and the truck looked so cute pulling up to our reception!!! We heard the caramel bourbon ice cream in particular was to die for!
And they were even so nice as to throw in a few gluten free cookies for some of our guests that couldn’t have the waffles.
Definitely recommend hiring Nina’s Waffle Truck for your wedding or event!

Eat everything here! The waffles, whipped cream, and ice cream were phenomenal. I wish I could go back each day to try a different scoop. The waffle was unlike any waffle I’ve had because of their amazing recipe and process. Fun to watch.
The woman working was very knowledgable in the process and obviously very proud of what they create. It was fun chatting with her.
Also love the fact everything is made in small batches and made on sight. Support this AMAZING small business!

Well that about covers it… Best place I have been to in New Hope for dessert and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Ice cream and all dessert seem to be made on premises and you certainly smell the deliciousness when you walk in. I had enjoyed a nice lunch across the way in Lambertville so only had a small ice cream but I would def return to try the waffles and ice cream when I can. The pics and smell alone have convinced me!

Ice cream and waffles… how can you go wrong?
All the ice cream is freshly made and is made with Organic ingredients… as per the staff. We just stuck to the basics and had peanut butter ice cream on top of a hot waffle. The waffle was delicious… and the ice cream on top made it even more heavenly. They have numerous toppings (nutella, caramel, chocolate… etc) and even chocolate covered waffle bits… shut up!
We didn’t want to go overboard (which has happened) and were pleased with even the boring-​est concoction by Nina’s standards.
The staff was helpful and allowed us to sample nearly all the flavors… yeah we are those people. Their prices were eh. Add on the toppings and the $ add up… but worth it.
We will return… with a vengeance. Stop to satisfy that sweet craving! ENJOY!
