Super Fresh

I swear I’ve tried to give this place a chance despite most of the locals saying it’s a mess. Sure, the place is dark and claustrophobic, but maybe there would be some local charm you don’t get from Giant?
The cashiers (when there are any up front) are the most miserable group I’ve ever encountered, like a casting call for a funeral scene. My wife and I have had this same brunette woman multiple times that makes you feel as if it’s never the right time to bother her with the arduous task of navigating the belt and pushing items through a scanner.
Last weekend, there was seven people in the whole store (in one line) with no other cashier in sight. The cashier finally calls for reinforcements, then proceeds to take his frustration out on every person he checks out afterwards. Did not raise a finger to help bag, threw my wheat wraps down the belt, not a hello/​thanks for coming.
I now know why most people go to Giant and there is a whopping seven people in the store on a Saturday morning. Horrible experience.

8÷1÷14 SuperFresh is advertising local peaches for $.88 and even has a large sign near the peaches listing local farms. But the peaches are from Titan Orchards in SC, the largest peach farm in the east. A clear case of false advertising and deception.
