Very expensive for nothing, the food is average, the service is marginal. Tickets are $ 24, then a 2 item minimum, so the cheapest you can manage is maybe $ 15 per person. The location is a neglected hotel which has had a about 3 owners in the last few years.

Went last week for a fundraiser, and the service was MUCH improved. Our drinks arrived quicker and were all correct. Further, our server came back frequently to check if we needed anything. This was on a Thursday, and I’d never seen any of the servers that night working before, so maybe the good group is just not there on Fridays or Saturdays. But this was easily the best experience I had at this venue.

Was a little apprehensive going to see a show here given the few mediocre reviews. Especially since it was our first night in New Hope and there were other options. I’m glad we decided to come. We saw a wonderful performance by two talented and well known Broadway singers. The the show was first rate. The venue itself is very intimate so you feel like you are experiencing something very special. The service was also great. Our waitress Theresa was very attentive. We didn’t think it was overly expensive. $ 35 for two drinks, 2 desserts and a diet coke. Certainly a lot less expensive than what we are used to in NYC. Plus the dessert portions were prefect. We will definitely come back next time we visit.

Before this afternoon I was going to give this venue two stars. Here’s the story. I bought tickets to see The Amazing Ruskin for my husband and I. He loves him and I thought this would be a great surprise. We arrived and got some great seats. Like normal venues there is a two drink minimum. However, the prices there are a little on the high side. $ 10 min for a glass of wine and $ 11 for liquor. And that’s the cheap stuff. Show was supposed to start at 5pm. It started closer to 6pm. Apparently Kreskin failed to mention that he refused to start the show while drinks and food were still being served. Has he never done a show in a venue like this. I’ve been to plenty of these venues where you can order drink. Service was awful. It took at least 20 minutes to get a drink. I drank my two drinks 30 minutes before the show started and then my glass sat empty for almost two hours. They never made an announcement that drinks were not going to be served during the show. The reason I’m giving it three stars is because today I did receive an email from the Rrazz Room letting us know what had happened and apologized for the inconvenience. I appreciated that. However, beyond that I would not return based on the extremely slow service and high drink prices.
